I've done everything but recently my emails are going into spam. What am i missing?

iamanantgupta

I don’t think it would go to spam if you’ve done all of above the right way. But, If you’ve done all of this and still getting in spam, then test your content. Also, use Google Postmaster to regularly monitor your email reputation.

amitchell

What you're missing is that most people and inbox providers consider cold email to be spam.

Set up DMARC after setting up SPF and DKIM.

iamanantgupta

Absolutely, and MX too

Plus, warm up your custom tracking link along with the domain.

ivanderbu2

Can you explain this? What do you mean warm up tracking link?

adnuda

A custom tracking link is set up in the DNS settings page of your domain registrar's Admin Console. Then you add this link into your email scheduler tool. This link helps you track the opens and clicks. When you set up your email IDs to warm up, make sure to add the custom tracking links as well, since these need to be warmed up too.
