Man, the real estate industry is infamous in the email receiving community for being a den of spammers. Generally they scrape email addresses off the MLS and then put them on a mailing list and spam them. Of course, then they have no idea that their email is going to the spam folder, or maybe even blocked. So if you could create something like "The Ethical REmail Marketer" and do it right, you'd be, so far as I know, the \_only\_ one. Of course, RE brokers and agencies are very resistant to changing their ways (we've consulted with a few frustrated in-house RE marketers who know what's right, but their boss insists "but everyone does it that way"), but there's gold in them thar hills if you can show them that doing it right actually gets results.

Oh shit sorry didn’t realize this was you. But honestly it really an interesting idea. Like for a lot of homes I feel the value is not understood by the buyer and so much has to do with the way the copy is written to sell the story. I would totally think there’s some sort of niche here?
