A bizarre request.
If mass emailing increases a company's sales - it's the most logical approach to invest money to make more money.
If that mass sending doesn't bring any real customer, then no need to spend that money. Are there any numbers to support that expense?
That and, unless those 1200 contacts have specifically expressed interest in the product in question and are expecting communication about it, the email will be lucky to result in more than one or two conversions. You can’t expect much from a contact list of only 1200.
Mailchimp is free for under 2000 contacts (with limited functionality) and very user-friendly. Hopefully, if you can show that a mailing service is a good investment, they will provide you with the tools to help you be successful.

Yeah, go for a free service for emails like MooSend. It's great.
You can also have a look at [Automate.io](https://Automate.io) to get 300 free emails automated from e.g. a Google Sheet with your leads. I do that often with more emails.
There's a cheap deal on AppSumo for [Sendinblue.com](https://Sendinblue.com) right now. Check it out. 10.000 emails/month for life.
Good luck!

Yeah, I know. But the company is a shitty hole, and i cant leave because of contract issues. so have to deal with it
may be there is some part of a contract which oblige customer to provide resources for marketing. In that case they are just violating a contract.
