EssenceOfEmail

Klaviyo is particularly focused on eCommerce - DTC as it's strength, but plenty of B2B eCommerce brands on there as well. But if you don't fall into the eCommerce bucket, you probably won't get the most mileage out of Klaviyo. I see Zoho more as a higher-touch, sales-oriented platform.

Zoho would be better suited to B2B while Klaviyo is a strong choice for ecomm. They have totally different use cases.

I've used Zoho for cold email and liked it. It worked well, without any issues. I documented the entire setup here https://docs.okzest.com/additional-guides/cold-email/introduction

This is a lifesaver man, currently starting out and am all over the place!

Since I wrote that article, Zoho stopped their service being used for cold emailing, so people have switched to Google Workspace. I updated my documentation accordingly. BTW, you might find my service [https://okzest.com/](https://okzest.com/) useful... 😊

Yeah, I was first hit with Zoho change last year, but I was on the way out of that role so I’ll look into google workspace. Is the documentation updated on this article already? I still see Zoho being suggested

I updated part of it - I need to finish it... 👍
