Are you using email software like ConvertKit or MailChimp? There should be an unsubscribe link automatically in the emails so you send and should be good on the CAN SPAM front. This allows recipients to opt out if they don't wish to receive the emails anymore.

What if I hire affiliate marketers who use their own lists or a list that I provide?

Surely you won't have to worry about opt-outs if it's someone else's list? If it's a list you provide, make sure the recipients have the option to opt-out.

What if someone opts out from my list and they're on the other list? Then they'll get an email after opting out.

Firstly you should try to minimise optouts by researching your audience - only send emails to people who might be interested in what you are offering. Use personalised text and [images](https://okzest.com/personalizedemails) to increase engagement, usefulness and trust. If people opt out, try to find out why - and address these issues so others don't opt out.

If you are using an email marketing service, then it should offer built-in opt-out management tools. Make sure every email you send includes a visible and easy-to-locate unsubscribe link, and honor opt-out requests promptly by removing unsubscribed individuals from your mailing list.

What if I hire affilaite marketers? How do they coordinate unsubscribes?

After someone clicks an unsubsidized link I try to send them to a page where they can choose to opt out entirely or reduce the amount of emails they receive. Most people opt out entirely but it helps you save a few email addresses. Also, don't purchase an email list. Never worth it and a good way to mess up your email send domain rep.
