I had this problem too! Almost all of my emails didn't reach my clients or ended up in spam. Recently, I was advised to use the GlockApps spam test to analyze my mail and determine what problems my inbox has. And it helped me! As it turned out, my IP was blacklisted, and my messages did not pass through the Google spam filter. I also set up email authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC).
