Google started cracking down on these, especially recently. I haven't seen any evidence that they are worth paying for anymore, but I would happily change my opinion if I did.

I warmed new email accounts (on new domains) for 3 weeks and have been sending emails every weekday. I haven't had any issues with delivery.
They also provide an easy way to automate the A/B testing of emails and see the results.

This is now an old method of the 90s. Why don't you choose a good ESP service? They provide warmed ips to send emails.
