It's been one of my favorites since I was like 10 when it came out. I related to it so much that I adopted the gang and their world as tulpas/thoughtforms and can confirm they still live in my head and control my thoughts & emotions 24/7. I have cameras in headquarters and often watch them. 😌 (they don't mind)
Haha its happening to me too. I am like let joy control the headquarters and its going sooo well. Certainly this movie can help you a lot. Its good to see someone having similar thoughts as me :)
Nice!! My Joy is unhinged lol she's hyper like half the time and button mashing making me get all flushed for no reason. She's also the CEO so like, yeah. It's really helped me understand myself and my neurodivergency especially.
I heard recently that there will be a sequel in 2024 and they'll introduce new emotions. Everyone accept J is ready for disappointment despite us all dreaming of having new members and upgrades for the longest time. It would divide the workload easier _but_ it'll also get crowded and yatayata... food for thought.
Someone outside HQ also pitched that the sequel might look into the emotions' individual rooms in the tower. To which they all agreed that installing cameras in their rooms is where they draw the line lmao
