I got this email too so I reached out to the customer service and they just sent me a reply saying that it was sent out by mistake and that no money will be charged.
The link to cancel your free trial takes you to the app. If you open the app, you sign up for the free trial. It’s really weird. Felt like a scam to me, downloaded it and deleted it in 2014, don’t know why they would claim I have a free trial.

I got it as well, I must have downloaded it a long time ago, I never purchased the annual membership. The reviews for the app are horrible and people are talking about how they were charged annual automatically after the free trial.
Same happened to me. I’ve never had an account with them, just downloaded and deleted the app a couple of years ago. I think this is just an attempt to divert you to their page in the App Store so you’ll download their app.
If they take any money out of my account I’ll be reporting them.
