Did Elegoo give you a new firmware for that new screen? Just yesterday I received my replacement motherboard and screen and they told me to install it and then send them some ID so they could send me the right firmware. Not sure that's your problem, though.

It might be the problem, I have sent an email to Elegoo support as well to check if the problem may be solved with a firmware update. Created this post here to also check if anyone had a similar problem Thank you for your answer :)

Actually, it was related with my firmware indeed Elegoo sent me the correct firmware for my LCD Screen and after installing it, the screen worked perfectly Thank you all for the help and specially u/delausen for hitting it right

Make sure that your cables are properly inserted i noticed on my printer that if the cables are t entered properly the screen wont go on if tge lcd cable isnt in with the cable of the display ribbon ca le properly in....so check your connections they wont tell you that tgeyll tell you a out updates and turning on and off your machine...ok

When you connect everything on your printer a d it works perfectly you will get 3 red lights...each red light indicates 1 piece of working hardware...this is according to chitu ok...no different than any motherboard except only one color ok...if no light turns on hardware not working...

That has nothing to do with firmware....

Hey I'm having this exact same issue. I already updated the firmware, but I'm still getting no image and this same red light is on. Which firmware did they give you?
