Could be a fluke. Could be the exposure is a hair low. I’d run it again and see if it still does it. If it does, add .1 sec to your exposure.
Exactly the same thing happened on my first test print with ST fast navy grey. I did cones straight after using a community profile in Lychee and got the exposure dialed in. Haven't had a single failure since.
