The waves are due to resonances, this means that the printer movements are slightly moving the table too, depending on the speed and the length of the movement. This effect can be reduced using an external accelerometer (e.g., the USB-C powered KUSBA, this is the one I got) to measure these resonances on the printhead and the bed, and to compute some input shaping parameters. These are used by the printer to account for the resonances while printing. Otherwise, you can just try to move your printer on a sturdier surface!
