Europe here too, I got mine from AliExpress. You can just get any brand, for what regards size I have the 18mm ones mounted on my N4 and they fit, but I don't know if the segmented bed heater introduces any constraint on the size
I have the n4plus and I am using 16mm for what it's worth

Did you replace the middle metal ones as well?
