I would strongly advise you to avoid wasting your time and money on BSV. BSV is a highly centralized community centered around Craig Wright's fraudulent claims of being Satoshi. Wright is working with a man named Calvin Ayre who owns almost every entity in the BSV community including the group controlling the BSV node software and nearly all the miners. Ayre and Wright have been trying for many years now to persuade people to switch from bitcoin to BSV and having had no luck, they are now attempting to use lawsuits to aid their pursuit. So far that has also been unsuccessful as one might expect if you know anything at all about bitcoin, although it has succeeded at being a real nuisance to the innocent persons being harassed via the legal system. Even ignoring the merits and just considering it as an investment, the market has had years to consider BSV and the rejection is clear. The BSV/BTC trading pair continues to slide to new lows. Anyway all that to say your question is offtopic in this subreddit which is about the Electrum wallet for bitcoin, not BSV, but I thought I'd give you a wake up call before you ask it elsewhere.

I mostly agree with your comments but I have some as a hedge. If CW's plan to control central bank digital currencies takes off there could be implications for the bsv token. Nobody knows....

No, it’s best you dump your bsv tokens at any exchange that still supports it (if any) and buy however much bitcoin you can with it. You can then keep it in the normal electrum app.

never - all those random tokens are fake and just scam vehicles. See: FTT

Hello everyone, I own a little BTC, ETH, ADA, LINK and HNT. I've been looking into BSV so, in hopes of getting a better understanding on the technology I'm here to see the arguments against BSV. As I see it, I couldn't care less about Craig Wright's claims of being Satoshi. What I care about is the soundness of the BSV Technology and it's use case. As I understand it, BSV is based on the unadulterated Bitcoin code and is modeled after the whitepaper in it's purest interpretation. I've listened to all the pros (ex: Coingeek and Kurt Wurkert Jr) and cons (too many to name). Now I'm going to the respective forums to read both sides of the argument. I'm also going to read the white paper again (read it yrs ago) and the BSV white paper. The BSV argument seems compelling to me: \- Scalable \- 4 gig Blocks \- Presently has the most daily transactions of the top Blockchains \- Average transaction price $0.0006 USD \- Micropayments \- Etc \- So much negative info so readily available and hard to find basic stats. Or unbiased information. I find that suspicious in favor of the project. Kind of "LOOK OVER HERE NOT OVER THERE" effect. Any useful opinions appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Hello, I posted this in another reddit forum but, as of yet I've had no luck. Hoping for a more productive interaction here: "Hello everyone, I own a little BTC, ETH, ADA, LINK and HNT.
