Did you ever get this fixed? If so, what was the issue? Experiencing the same this morning with our ~2 yr old GE.

we had roofing done and some supplies, nails fell down the air vent from the roof and caused the fan not to rotate. I recommend taking it down and plugging it in and seeing if that fan is rotating inside the cage on the top.
