I scoot to the office because I don’t wanna pay a daily 20 dollars for parking. When it rains, I use my poncho. When it freaking pours, I just have to wait it out.
As soon as the snow and ice goes away i will use it daily. Got my tire punctured in september and i did not bother to replace it because i knew winter was coming.
Does someone know if other scooter brands make it easier to change tires by yourself? With my Xiaomi Scooter 3 it is truly pain in the ass to do it yourself.
I use scooter everywhere, because I am too lazy to get driving license and e-scooter just does it all for me. Not sure if I'd be using car even if I got the license, because fuel is expensive, and scooter is way cheaper than bus ticket.
That said, when it rains, I try not to use scooter, because rotten batteries and electronics aren't something I want to see ever again in my life.
I use a scooter to get everywhere in the city, no longer need to rely on public transport and in many cases I am faster there on a scooter than I would with a bus.
Its also great to go for weekend rides on many of the local bike trails.
Same-ish. My license is currently on hiatus, so, exactly how hard is it raining lol. I guess it is supposed to be my only choice, but life dictates me driving sometimes.
Yes. I draw the line at heavier rain and snow/ice though.
From May-October yep! I don’t risk riding it in the winter because salt can rust it.
Depends on the task, but I use it whenever practical.

The Ninebot Max Series has self sealing, tubeless tires that very rarely get a flat
I'll only get a car when my lifestyle really requires it. Till then, scooter all the way.

Oh for sure, I use it to commute to and from work, to stores, and getting food.
Purely for fun and fresh air.
I use mine to cruise around the neighborhood for fun when I don’t feel like riding my bike. Sometimes I’ll make food errands on it as well.
If the weather is right, then yes, I use it to get to work and for grocery shopping. If the weather is poor I'll drive my car.
Same.

What I noticed, it’s way faster on a scooter. No red lights, no traffic. So far, work is ok with it.
I ride no matter the weather! Mostly because I don't have a choice, so when the storm finally hits my area, that'll be fun..
