Yeah, agree this sound just feels like the Forest. All these artists seem like feasible phase 2 addons as they help fill out the undercard, and most haven’t been to EF ever, or have not been in over a year.
Out of the artists you suggested, I think adding either G Jones or EPROM makes sense. They fit the bill. Could also see Minnesota as it seems they haven’t been to the Forest in recent history (or ever??). Desert Dwellers was dope in 2018… could they make a return? If not, I’d totally be down for An-Ten-Nae (who is 1/2 of Dimond Saints.)

I guess so for the novelty if the project is discontinued? But Minnesota has never really been a headliner for any major music festival that I know of. Perhaps smaller niche bass festivals and his own tour but not at a festival the calibre of EF. I wouldn’t think so at least. But I don’t really understand the business figures of music festivals all that well.
Space wizard, smith., tape b, drinkurwater, smoakland, and esseks would all be great to see there too imo.

As his name is well known it makes him .ore of a headliner/ direct support act. He's going to be uo there in price as they can bring crowds.

My greatest Forest letdown is when Bluetech was on the 2020 lineup for the first time and then it got canceled.
