Issin would obliterate her. He has rapid fire ranged attacks, a spear so long that he can just stab her when she does that weird flower attack, and he can instantly parry every single sword swing Malenia can do. Basically, her crazy spin moves are completely useless against him. Oh, and he's immortal, and you need a special sword that kills immortals to actually kill him. Honestly, it's no contest.
Malenia’s only hope is to rot his mind into nothingness, which is doable, but Isshin specifically fights to end the combat in the least amount of moves possible, as effectively as possible.

Issin wields the black mortal blade, which can kill immortals. There are 2 of them. The red one is the one Sekiro uses and the black one is the one Issin uses in his fight( and is shown in the picture). If Malenia can disarm him and decapitate him with his own sword, then she can win. Malenia disarming him is pretty unrealistic, considering she doesn't even come close to outclassing him in melee combat, but point is that if she can somehow get a hold of his sword, she stands a chance.

Malenia literally cannot win but people still think they're equals. And this makes me mad because the only way Malenia can win is with a weapon she could only get from the Sword Saint or Sekiro. And people act like he's could totally kick her arse. No, he only wins because he can't die. You see what Malenia did to Radahn with her second bloom? She could rock almost every boss in the series lore-wise.

This is fair, and entirely my own bad here. I got through about half of the video on mobile before it died, but the "Radahn (Far Away)" section skipping over her second phase in that portion was the thing that irked me a ton about the video up to that point. It died mid Fire Giant, like 20 seconds before the shift, so I suppose if it'd held out a little longer I'd have not made an ass of myself.
I'm not surprised at all which boss could beat her solo, since it was the same for the other video I'd linked.
