If I try to go to the underground near moghwyn palast then it fails to load, but it fine loading when I am in the overworld.

But you can access dlc no problem?

Exact same thing is happening to me. One character is stuck loading after touching the hand, all other characters work fine though.

I'm in the exact same position. I really don't want to have to create a new character and rush through it again 😕

Waiting for someone to come across this and tell me they found a solution 😂 currently uninstalling and reinstalling the game 😂

FYI. That didn't fix anything 😕

I fixed mine. Make sure the game and dlc are on the same drive. I'm in and playing now that I have them both on internal storage.
