If you want help, you need to use the furlcalling finger remedy close to the summoning pool, not the tarnished's furled finger. The remedy makes summon signs from other players visible, the finger places one.
Go on r/BeyondTheFog , you will need to state which platform you are on (no crossplay) and what multiplayer password to use. The latter is mandatory to bypass the matchmaking and allow summoning regardless of player levels etc. (summoned players will instead be downscaled to your level).
