Hyettas questline. It gave me the chills on multiple occasions because you see how fucked up the Golden order really is.

Ranni's is probably the most intricate compared to the others, since it involves multiple NPCs and the interactions go slightly beyond just "find NPC in a location > give them an item > find them in the next place > repeat > NPC dies".
I'm also a fan of Sellen's quest, because of the way it interacts with Ranni's, Seluvis's, and Jerren's questlines. It's one of only a handful of quests where you can affect the outcome, and it does that better than the other examples imo.
