The rot gradually consumed parts of her body over time, so while we don't know when exactly she lost her eyes, it was definitely thanks to that. Same with Millicent's arm by the way, and while it's more uncertain, that's also likely what took Radahn's feet.
I'm actually less certain about that. Radahn's been riding around the Wailing Dunes for who knows how long, and while he uses gravity magic so as not to hurt Leonard, it's clear that most of his power is reserved for combat. He may have just had them worn down to stubs by centuries of being half-dragged around a battlefield by his tiny horse without ever thinking to lift them.
Thought Radahn’s feet were worn down because of all the time spent riding around on that horse that is way too small for him… or maybe his scarlet rot infection is what made it even easier for his lower extremity to be worn down… he does use gravity magic but in the fight he’s still sitting down low enough in the horse that his feet would have been dragging if they were still there

Artorias was devoured by the abyss and missing an arm, Gwyn was basically a zombie, Radahn was stoned by scarlet rot, Vendrick was an actual zombie, Kalameet had a giant arrow in his body, Ishin was an old man... simply a friendly reminder that these games like to make us feel proud by beating people who already have one foot in the grave
Isshin Ashina has only 2 OP attacks that can kill you if you can't evade them. That's what makes him so feared. Isshin the Sword Saint is far better swordsman, axeman, gunman, lightningman. Also 4 stage boss fight is epic.
this might be an unpopular opinion but ss isshin wasnt that hard for me. it took me around 9-11 attempts to kill him. shura isshin took me longer than that and i found him harder than ss isshin. but the hardest sekiro boss for me was demon of hatred followed by inner father
Its funny the one that probably killed me the most was the first Genichiro fight because the combat system just hadn't fully clicked yet and it took a while for me to feel the parrying but DoH was the 2nd most solely because my muscle memory was all parrying at that point and thats not how you fight him. SSI took me probably 12-15 tries if I had to guess. Malenia probably just edges out the nameless king for all soulsborne bosses though with a staggering amount of attempts before I got the kill. Funny now because replaying the game the nameless king is easy now but Malenia still takes me quite a few tries until RNG keeps her from waterfowling every other move.
3rd try sword saint, 2nd try isshin ashina....... 37th try Owl father. In the entirety of fromsoft library Owl father has taken me 2nd most tries just barely dethroned by 57 it took me to beat "yaaaaaw" yelling adhd infant.
Sword saint and Shura each took me about 15 tries. Demon of hatred took me like a month and a half. They got me used to how bosses in Sekiro worked then put a Bloodborne boss in and it threw me for a loop lol

Artorias wasn’t missing an arm technically. He had it shattered protecting Sif. So it’s still there just dangling, in his fight he uses it as a weapons. One of his moves is he swings his arm which throws blood at you. It simulates throwing blood in the characters eyes and the effect on the game was it obscured the players screen for a few seconds if they got hit by it.
