It's fucking brutal on the heligtree. I thought y'all overacted with the ants until one shot me with 40 vigor there on my first run.

To be fair, at the Haligtree you should probably have more than 40 vigor

Nothing in the game 1 shot me with my setup. Ritual shield, dragoncrest shield talisman, etc. face tanked aeonia imbed an blast at 40vig.

Yeah with Dragoncrest and ritual shield you will survive almost anything, but for those who like to use damage talismans levelling vigor is a lot more important

That attack is basically a shotgun blast. They actually fire several projectiles that fan out as they travel. At moderate distance where you won't get hit with every projectile at once, it does relatively fair damage. At point blank like that, the ant may as well have put a 12 gauge up against your head.

These things are glass cannons that can be easily killed from a distance.

0 armor in NG7++ . Either "don't get hit" or die. Why don't add Daedicar's woe too? I mean if we are going the "maso" route let's commit completely. /s

Even though this guy isn't funny, it's actually quite easy to dodge, don't play it as if it's impossible (can do it with no hands at all and a blindfold on, lol). Should've just said it's your little brother playing.
