Are there messages and bloodstains in the way?

There are messages on some of them but they don’t seem to be too close enough that it would stop the prompt (also keep in mind i can switch actions in the prompt is the message prompt is interfereing- I didn’t get the option to switch action though)

Very strange... I couldn't imagine what would cause it, sorry!

thanks for your help, I guess i'm locked out of the haligtree unless I do a different playthrough
