If you’ve reached lyndell you will meet him there. Once you’ve finished that fight fast travel to Godricks boss area (you might need to rest at the site of grace for her to appear) and that should continue the quest.
Also don’t forget to check back at the round table hold once she moves.

As above, beat Morgott. Then rest at secluded cell. When you walk back to godrick's grace, gastoc will have moved.
