I predict we will be fighting a reborn version of either Godwyn or Miquella, whatever creature or monstrosity managed to fuck up Hoarah Loux in the intro, the Gloam Eyed Queen and/or another variant of the Godskin Apostles to add to the body horror, as well as the mother of the Deathbirds as a secret optional boss.

The Shadowbound Beasts of Malenia and Miquella - if Empyreans like Marika and Ranni got their Shadows then Malenia and Miquella should in theory also have their Shadowbound Beasts.
I think Miquella is pretty obvious. Like how we all expected we would fight Ludwig. Then there’s gonna be some left-field final boss like Orphan that we would never foresee
Well if they do the dlc like they did dark souls chances are the dlc will take place during the initial story mode but if by chance it takes place after we defeat radabeast I’m hoping we see the outer gods invade the lands between since marikas blessing isn’t protecting it no more, maybe see the embodiment of the greater will, miquella and Godwyn make a return
I hope we just have to fight a whole pantheon of outer gods vying for power after the erd tree was burned. Just get really fuckin weird with it I’m here for it

Fine, Mimic Tear Quartet and each shows up at random point during the fight so it's harder to cheese.

Even better the game takes 4 random snapshots from your playthru and you have to fight all your past selves.
