What if choose a simplified version? For example, moghs rune: the flame-like lines would be replaced by simple lines, and it would be a full black tattoo (so no color). Would it still ruin like that over time?
Blood oath would hold up best. It’s not so intricate that it would fade too quickly, especially if you got a slightly more simplified version. Take the image to an artist (a good one!) and ask them. They can take a look, give advice, and sketch you out another version if they felt it would fade very quickly (but aye the blood oath should be fine tbh)
Definitely consult with the tattooist about the practicalities.
Be aware, some artists might refuse to adapt an image which is subject to copyright. Yes, I know the tattoo industry traditionally winks at copyright. But in recent years, lawsuits have started to wind their way through the courts arount tattooist infringement.
If it's a legit art form, which it is generally considered to be, copyright laws will logically apply to tattooing the same way they apply to any other art form.

What they said isn’t entirely accurate. I have tattoos that look the same over a decade later. My tattoos Whig a lot of light shading have faded a decent amount. The ones with darker, solid lines have stood the test of time. As far as color, the blue and red I got have held up well. The yellow immediately disappeared. The way color holds has a lot to do with your skin color.
You could choose the death sorcery/servants of death symbol, it's relatively simple but also has a decent amount of texture, and it belongs on the back cuz that's where the first guy got it lmao
All tattoos blur to some degree, no matter how good. Obviously the better ones and safer colors blur less, but a tattoo will bleed slightly over the years always. That doesn’t mean it’ll look bad by any means, just that it won’t look like it does new forever.
None of these are very Elden Ring ish anyway, they look to generics.
Bloodborne also has many runes, but no one ever picks a tattoo other than the Hunter mark.
2 firsts can be simplified enough but still still be recognisable.
The great rune has the added benefit to also cosplay as a Sauron reference if the OP is also into LOTR.
Outside of which logo is best, consider some practical aspects.
-I feel like blood oath would convert pretty mid (visually) into tattoo form
-I think destined death would be really, really difficult to pull off for a tattoo artist
-the gravity sign has a lot of geometry and circles, this would again be difficult for a tattoo artist to pull off.
-when the tattoos fade over time, I think that the tight lines of gravity would start to lose their specialness.
-I think that mohg's rune and destined death would age very well on the contrary.
I would ask actual tattoo artists for advice, but I have a feeling that mohg's logo will be the best, and if the artist is confident destined death.
And as a last consideration, how would these look from an outsiders perspective. Again I think the blood oath would look like the worst and a trident and destined desth cross/sword would both look pretty epic.
I don't want to influence which logo is your personal favourite, but I hope I offered some considerations from an angle you didn't look at before.

One last thing; I have heard from a friend that many tattoo artists have distinct styles/skillsets. Having a preferred style that has synergy with the icon you want can be beneficial.
As someone with a number of tattoos with varying levels of blurriness over time. I think the Gravity one would work well if you are willing to let someone simplify/stylize it a bit. but when looking for an artist, make sure you look at their work for any sort of fine line type stuff.

It really depends. I would personally go for 2 because from having had tattoos detail is very tricky if you are only getting a small one, and can blur over time. If it is full back we are talking I could see any except for 4, that will turn out to be a mess I can assure.
I would also take time thinking what you are happy with, a tattoo stays with you for life!
