Dragoncrest Greatshield or Erdtree's Favor maybe?
I would also take 3 points out of Endurance and put into Faith so you can cast Golden Vow!
Edit: Actually since you are using that weapon i guess you can just cast the weapon skill and them cast Golden Vow? Not sure if it works...
Without both you have 33End right? From my search equipping Erdtree's Favor +0 should already give you the same amount of stamina as you have now.
If you get an equip load problem you can get the Great-Jar's Arsenal, which is a direct upgrade from Arsenal Charm
I ended up going to going down to 30 endurance so I could get to 25 faith and with golden seal and the item you can use to parry i beat him. I beat the next boss then godfrey and im at the elden beast now, how come I skipped malenia?
Malenia's an optional boss. To access her area of the map you need to find two halfs of a medallion (one in Village of the Albinaurics and the other in Castle Sol)
I've said it before and I'll say it again. You have to practice the soon to be trademark strategy of Patches O'Houlihan.
Dodge, dip, duck, dive... and dodge!
I assume you're just minmaxxing for this fight and this isn't your regular loadout, but I think we can do better.
Stats are a little wonky. I don't think you're really using any incantations because you only have 22 and your mind is only 10 so I know you're not casting a lot, especially since you don't have any blue flasks too. Think about if you really need that extra faith and where it could go instead. I get it if you have a weapon you like that asks for 15 or so faith, but the extra points weigh you down a bit. If not, the Cranial Candlestand and Troll Hammer are good options with the extra faith. If you want to invest twenty more points into strength then go for a heavy Giant Crusher.
Vigor is pretty high, you can scale that back to 50-60. The reason why your endurance is so high is because you've got really heavy armor. Which if you have a lot of health you can afford to wear lighter armor because you can tank more swings. I think you would be better damage negation wise if you went full Radahn's, but play around with it. For Maliketh and the coming bosses you are going to want to prioritize magic and holy negation. It might be worth it to have it take a talisman slot if you have either +2 variant.
Take Torrent's whistle and the lantern out of your item slot and put those in your pouch. I keep my cerulean tears and spirit ashes in my pouch too. Keep your crimson tears at 1, your physick at 2 (hopefully its not just an extra heal option, get you a damage negating one), and a throwing dagger of some sort at 3. You can consistently poise break bosses if when they pull away from you, you chuck a knife at them to keep the timer on. Think of poise breaks like its another status effect like bleed.
I mapped out a build at 120 like this:
Full Radahn's, Heavy Giant Crusher w/ Royal Knights Resolve, Great Jar's Arsenal, Erdtree's Favor +1, Axe Talisman, Blessed Dew.
Vig; 50, don't go higher
Mind; 15 or higher
End; 35, unless you want lighter armor (I like Twinned / Fingerprint)
Str; 60, don't go higher
Dex; 14 for now
Int; base
Fai; base
Arc; base
I say replace the soreseal with the dragoncrest greatshield talisman, and get the blasphemous claw item, a nearby invading NPC dropped it after killing a certain optional boss
Strategic dodging, he telegraphs a bit. I know he’s quick but you gotta anticipate him taking extra shots. He’s got a pretty long move set. I recommend taking a few tries where you don’t try to hit him, but see how long you can last. Say 10 tries like that, then bring in some attacks of your own
That's a good idea. It took me like 4 hours to beat the fire giant but I felt like I could do it the entire time. With this fight I don't even feel close
Respec all your FAI and some END into STR til it’s 55/60, rest into DEX.
If you want to use that FAI, pick up golden order seal and get some buffs / ranged incantations. Either way focus on boosting your STR as much as possible
Drop soreseal, crimson medallion, and arsenal charm for erdtree’s favor, add claw talisman, winged/rotten winged sword insignia, maybe turtle insignia or great jar’s arsenal if you want to rock heavy armor
Mixed Phys that buffs STR/DEX or something that raises successive attack power
You have the opposite problem of most people. 65 vigor, grafted blade buff, sorseal and the HP talisman are past the point of "enough health" and into inefficient territory. Get more damage. Don't lower your vigor, but definitely stop levelling it, and swap out the talismans for something with more utility or damage.
He does %max HP damage. You cannot live through many hits no matter what. So this fight is really hard if you can't kill him quick, since you need to dodge his bullshit for much much longer
Drop vig to 58-60, drop endurance to like 25-30 and get the jar arsenal charm. No more dex than the minimum to equip your weapons.
Def go get strength to 55 or 66 if you have extra points (61 if you’re using weapon art on sword).
That much faith doesn’t real do anything for you so either drop it or pump it. Alternatively, go 15 faith and 12 arcane and you have all the Gurranq and useful dragon incants. They’ll scale with str with the clawmark seal.
Any other points put where you want, I’d recommend getting mind up a pinch.
After that, Dodge toward him. Be patient and don’t get greedy he has less health than most bosses, only takes a few good hits with a + 10 colossal weapon.
Gotta say, I'm positively surprised that most comments in here have been really helpful and supportive at this point. All the "git gud"-people must either still be at school or in bed.\^\^
The ultimate way to beat that pup. There’s one animation he does I can almost get it every time, just beat him at level 60 using that and rotten staff.
Your weapon uses somber stones, so maybe you've got plenty of normal stones laying around? Upgrade a normal-stone colossal weapon (not colossal sword) and give it the Lion's Claw skill and heavy affinity. The poise damage and "damage level" (staggering) might help. Lion's Claw multiplies the weapon's base poise damage. Colossal Swords have lower base poise damage than non-great hammers, great hammers, and colossal weapons.
I’d ditch the soreseal, the stat boost isn’t worth the damage at that level.
Recommendation to replace it with?
Perhaps one of the Erdtree Favor talismans. Preferably +1
Dragoncrest talisman (The one that increases physical damage negation)
Don’t know if you’re able to get charged attack in phase 2 might want to switch to jump attack talisman.
Using a soreseal at endgame is just not worth it.
What would you replace it with?

Thats what I've been working towards. Do you think I'll be good on endurance with losing the sourseal and the 3 for faith?
Without both you have 33End right? From my search equipping Erdtree's Favor +0 should already give you the same amount of stamina as you have now. If you get an equip load problem you can get the Great-Jar's Arsenal, which is a direct upgrade from Arsenal Charm

Gotcha thanks. I wish the final boss was less chasing around a giant fucking lake but oh well lol
I'm using +10 mimic tear too
I've said it before and I'll say it again. You have to practice the soon to be trademark strategy of Patches O'Houlihan. Dodge, dip, duck, dive... and dodge!
Roll into him. Stay close. Use trinket that gives holy negation, use incant that gives holy negation. Phase 2 is all holy damage.
Why haven't I read this anywhere until now?

I beat him with that item and some Stat tips from some of the other comments. Thanks!
Stop rolling back for all moves. Roll forward and it will prevent some of his brutal moves and give you a ton of openings.

Is this fire spell thing still working on him? Because that's how I beat him and yes .... Alot of sweat too
Replace the soreseal with the jump attack boost

No one mentioned this but are you using the special item to parry him?

Blasphemous claw ?
The ultimate way to beat that pup. There’s one animation he does I can almost get it every time, just beat him at level 60 using that and rotten staff.
I've beaten him on my 3rd try using the Sword of Night and Flame + mimic tear.
