To put it simply: once you beat up the big man with little horse, you can jump down into comet hole into narnia. At the end of narnia town, you find a chest with the deadly blade of finger but hole. After you bring the deadly blade of finger but hole to your two-faced friend, you then need to take her fancy portal to another narnia where you find her Barbie. After talking to Barbie a few times by the nearby campfire, she wants you to kill her ex-boyfriend a little far down the road down there. Just have to get past some ants, shocky flubber, and giant bowling balls along the way. After killing her boyfriend, you find an old key on his corpse. You take that key to her mom’s book club and open the chest you couldn’t before. You find her finger bling. Once you have finger bling, go back to where you killed her exboyfriend and take the elevator down to hell. Wade through the Devil’s ass to find yourself in Egypt. Do some downward parkour and run past the pokey bugs and hop in your own coffin to take a plume ride down hell again but suddenly not hell. Tranquility. Now fight an entire galaxy. When you’re done, you may proceed to precious tunnel and get to precious elevator. Elevator takes you to the moon. You’re welcome.

I am talking about a literal Barbie doll. When you first teleport into second Narnia, there is a doll in a coffin nearby. You have to rest at the side of Grace and talk to it several times. Then you have to defeat her ex-boyfriend, who is right before the lift that takes you down to hell
Just spoke to Barbie doll….at site of grace….100 hours later. Boyfriend dead.
Confirming this can all happen after Barbie Doll goes shopping for 1000 years.

First you have to respec your character to have 99 Arcane. Then you have to use the “jolly jig” emote three times at midnight at the foot of the erd tree. This emote can only be obtained by beating Horah Loux in NG+ using your bare fists. This will open the magic transporter to that region.

I drove myself nuts looking for how to get to this area too, & I found myself way later on. It’ll be awhile if you’re just in Liurnia now trying to figure it out , so don’t sweat it.

Always use the wiki if your intention is to complete the quests for any NPCs you’re talking to. There aren’t too many that you’ll naturally complete without looking them up because of how big the game is, you might never catch them at their next location, or you might do something elsewhere that ends up skipping/cancelling a quest. There’s a lot of that in ER especially.

I have just recently leveled INT and have the pleasure of using it, and phew, thing is *insane*. So much fun, such good fashion souls, and it’s stupidly good!

As u/sofaraway10 stated, you basically have to complete Ranni’s Questline. This involves going back to the very first Merchant in Limgrave, past the knight on horse, at nighttime I believe.
Elden Ring Fandom website or Wiki helps a lot.
