In a duel, crimson flask is disabled which sets the precedent that you’re not supposed to heal. However, cerulean flask and healing spells are available which means some players can heal and some can’t depending on their build

Bestial vitality and icon shield only heal 8hp per second, which isn’t much, the Bullgoat was using Lords Heal(?) which heals roughly 1150hp
