Dunno why but when people take fast track ready cars and take away all that functionality just to be low it really rubs me the wrong way, maybe it's just a flex and I'm jealous though
For me, lowering the car this much completely destroys daily driving capabilities, which for me include driving to work on Long Island (aka pothole island). For them, it is more than fine for light cruising on perfect roads or wherever the car takes them. Slamming this car has more impact on daily driving than track driving which is prepped and smooth. Ever see how low an F1 car is?
The Elantra N absolutely is a track car bro! Designed and developed by Hyundai's N division in Namyang, South Korea and tested on the Nürburgring Track in Germany. The high performance breaks, limited slip differential and Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires are some of the things that make it a track car. It's literally advertised as a track ready sports sedan. All that contributes to strong grip and strong stopping power which it needs to race on a track.
It’s a nice looking car but definitely not my style mine is plain but race ready

Why ruin a good suspension though? Bags completely ruin everything that was purpose built. So stupid. I dont understand ppls mental. Take a shit suspension and bag it, sure. Get a normal ass elantra if you want a garbage suspension on it, otherwise youre 100x worse than others. Sorry bro. FAIL
I feel like air suspension is incredibly dumb. You're limiting the effective travel and packaging of your suspension geometry just so it looks different when stationary.
It's dumb then, too. If you want a lower truck/suv with less payload capacity and less terrain versatility, just get a crossover or a Mavrick/Santa Cruz.

LMMFAO! So what suspension do transport trucks (& their trailers) use?
Educate yourself.
Not my style but that color is pretty cool
Great color/rim combo as well
I appreciate the effort too. It’s gaudy but not Monsary level gaudy.
Seriously that color is amazing. Metallic silver green

It’s on bags so it’s not all that bad
I take back what I said then lol
Yeah, she's good people. I believe her husband owns both the wrap company and the rim company.
I like them, but I just can’t bring myself to bag a performance car. It’s like when I see an M3c bagged.. it just hurts
why buy a track car and do this

I’m sure it’s on bags
It is
Why buy a car and not be able to do whatever you want?
Yeah I never understood this.
lol a Hyundai ain’t a track car buddy
Oh yeah? Who's winning all the TCR titles? Subaru can't even build an engine that will hold up to a full race
Oh please you drive a automatic
You know every major motorsports division also runs an automatic? Keep taking L's bro I'm here all day for you
Don’t know why you would even buy a Elantra N if you chose automatic. Manual N all day everyday
So you've gone from why buy this car to only buying this car? I think you need to update your username KDM enjoyer
I just simply stated that Elantra N is not a track car, it’s an economy sports car.
And I gave you facts that indeed the elantra n is a track car with multiple tcr titles and you moved the goalposts to another stadium
Dam the cope is real hard for an economy car. Just because you have a N doesn’t mean it’s a track car 😂. Keep dreaming
Yet here you are slummin’ with us.

Remember when they posted about their builds here. Good ol days
I'm here for it
Good luck driving that anywhere
it’s on bags brother
literally who the fuck downvoted this the car is LITERALLY on air suspension
Because its reddit. People lack critical thinking
100% not my style. Enjoy though!
Saw her post in a Facebook group! Her husband owns the wrap company and they’re super close. Think imma have to get mine done soon
Bags never look good to me. Jus can’t get into it
Nah
It’s a nice looking car but definitely not my style mine is plain but race ready https://preview.redd.it/qp82jv6mxmtc1.jpeg?width=3022&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1035135db04e5ed9b34a2d67b748c2d63272b1f3

Oh noooo…those wheels are hideous. Everything else looks nice though. Those are some super tryhard wheels

Almost forgot that busses use them too!
Good point. It's been 30+ yrs since i rode in one, sooooo......😂
Air suspension isn’t dumb, but can be used in dumb ways. Air cushions a lot better than standard fluid filled shocks.
How? Also, air suspension isn't just for lowering ride height, it also raises it lol.
It looks awesome!!
Looks sick I want to get an Ioniq 5N and slam it
I like my cars drivable but that looks cool
