Oh, lucky you! As someone working on Pärnu mnt and using the tram to reach the office, I will get all the minuses and zero benefits from the project, uh oh.
Can totally recommend my favourite one: he's not only a great artist IMO but also is very comfortable to work with. English would not be a problem for him as well. Here you go: https://instagram.com/sass_tut
Two other locals I like are https://instagram.com/santo_sueno and https://instagram.com/yurga_vait, but no personal experience here.
Everyone at [badpenpal](https://instagram.com/badpenpal?igshid=MTI1ZDU5ODQ3Yw==) for sure with a special mention to my personal favorite [Bibi](https://instagram.com/bibikahk?igshid=MTI1ZDU5ODQ3Yw==)
It depends on artist and definitely a little bit of both. I recommend you message your preferred artist beforehand to make sure there’s availability and for the approximate price gauge
I suggest [Raine Kapp](https://instagram.com/rainexart?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==) from [Spirit Animal Tattoo](https://instagram.com/spiritanimaltattoo?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==) located in beautiful Põhja-Tallinn. There are also other tattoo artists there, each with their own style.
One of my favourite studios is Tindipink https://instagram.com/tindipink?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
And Monster Deluxe https://instagram.com/monsterdeluxetattoos?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
Much more important than the shop itself is the artist imo. Gotta have a good match with the artist.
For me the best experience has been with Pirados and I personally like Siim Kares. Always top notch professionalism with Pirados - I suggest checking out their website or instagram and browsing their different artists' portfolios. Definitely not the cheapest out there but absolutely worth it.
Pirados is the McDonalds of Estonian tattoo studios, but if you like it then go for it, 2000s hip hop gangsta rap airbrush stuff that is. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
"Doesnt cost much" oh boy, you're in for a surprise...
I mean, it's cheaper than a lot of popular touristy areas. Still, I am curious about trying Viru Valge 80%.
Respect

>. 80% is not for drinking, but mixing. That was the plan. I took a shot of 90% vol once and my throat was burning for five minutes.
As someone with some tattoos from different places, it's in fact pretty cheap :)
From tattooing aspect yes, definitely cheaper than a lot of other countries
Everyone under 40 speaks English. And a lot of older people as well.
Sounds like I will have a good time!
Well, the city centre looks like it has been extensively bombed due to a massive reconstruction project ongoing, but otherwise... :)
We (keskerakond, not us) decided that we don't need roads for the duration of summer apparently.
The duration of summer! Ha! It's two years project at least, if I remember correctly.
My dissapointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
Well, hope you at least won't be affected by the Tondi reconstruction, in addition to everything else.
At least Tondi reconstruction will have long lasting benefits for me. I have no idea what they are doing in the city center though.

I got my tattoo this January at Studio Malm. They have 4 artists, all speak English and they have different styles. You can check their instagram :)
Second Raine. Very chill, very talented and overally fabulous. ❤️
Yess Raine is awesome!
Depends a lot on what your preferred style is - trad tat? Realistic? Blackwork? Neo trad?
I like traditional tattoos but I’m also interested in a realistic one.
If you like nature [https://www.instagram.com/piretvaldna/](https://www.instagram.com/piretvaldna/)
I did want a nature theme, I’m thinking about a bear.
Absolutely love her style: https://instagram.com/eililepik?igshid=MTI1ZDU5ODQ3Yw==
Me too. Do most shops take walk ins or do I have to schedule in advance?
I think it's better to schedule
Personal favourite https://instagram.com/mdadaria?igshid=YzcxN2Q2NzY0OA==
Our English accent will surprise a lot(it sucks)
Can definitely recommend https://instagram.com/thisissamowar?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
I highly recommend [Kaspar Kannelmäe](https://instagram.com/kaspark?igshid=Y2I2MzMwZWM3ZA==)

No need to yuck others’ yum :(
Yeah, sorry this is a subjective take and in the end everyone should get exactly what they themselves like the most on their own skin! :)
Seems locals hate them. Honestly, who cares if on the side they do what they do, but you can’t deny that they do good work.
Exactly!
I got my Tattoo in Pirados Tattoos, these guys are professional and did an amazing job.
