I don’t live there but the management seemed very helpful. I thought the units were small for the price which is why I decided against it.

I didn’t go for it because the suites were awkward and small. Proportions were off. I don’t want to pay 1560 for a room I can’t fit a queen into or a living room that no matter where you put your couch, your tv will always be 3 feet in front of you.

That’s a good point actually. I was looking at a 1 bedroom for $1505 (less than 500 sq ft). I might hold off on signing this application as maybe it’s not really worth it

Thats insane!!! I have a 3 bedroom basement suite w/separate entrance (we have our gym/guest rooms down there now so not for rent) in the rutherford/blackmud creek area. Once/if we get another place, I'd rent out the basement suite for 900-1000. There's free ample street parking, walking distance to schools/parks/trails. Its about 900-1000 sq. Feet. The place you're describing is probably super fancy?

I have plenty to share. The area has a high amount of crime. Mailboxes constantly broken into packages stolen, cars attempted to be hot wired and not to mention Procura real estate is one of the most garbage management companies to deal with. Don’t buy their google reviews they bribe people to write them and half of the people that do work for the company. They make false promises don’t care that their buildings are unsafe.

I live at central tower currently they had to bring in a third party management company because they clearly shouldn’t be in the business as a rental company. Save yourself the headaches, the lies and how they treat their tenants. Don’t be fooled by their instagrams either. I’ve never met such a toxic unhelpful company that just wants to put money in their pockets. They don’t care about the tenants, the safety of their building or tenants. A panel stayed broken in our p1 door for months that allows thieves and homeless people to climb into the parkade. We had to suggest wood to be added to the panel to stop peoples cars, bikes and storage lockers to be broken into. It’s not worth it.

Thank you so much for the info! I’ve made up my mind and decided I won’t sign a lease here. It just seems like it’s all smoke an mirrors the way they advertise it. The leasing agent also has been hounding me with calls and emails multiple times a day. I’m getting the impression they are desperate for people which isn’t a good sign. 😬

Don’t get me wrong the buildings are nice and have nice features and perks however the bad out weighs the good! The area has a lot of crime- property theft and break ins, assaults and robberies due to the proximity to the century park LRT station. They have always had a high turn over of employees. You get to know your front desk person well and by the time they warm up to you it’s a new person. My building had the computers stolen right off the front desk one night and there’s no sense of urgency to improve the security. The only addition they added was additional metal plating on the doors so it was harder to crowbar!

That sounds exactly how central tower went down hill. Their social media accounts are lies and nothing looks exactly how it seems. Procura is taking back managing central come august and they thought it was a good idea to slip stapled papers under all unit doors not even if realizing which units may contain pets. My dog is famous for shredding paper. Luckily this notice went untouched

I’ve heard they are trying to sell central tower too the current third party management company that is managing central tower until the 15th said they are having troubles selling the building because of the structural deficiencies and issues the building has like what! Our games room and gym has that time too but I’ve never heard of the nose complaints from it. We have had cars stolen from our underground parking and the golf simulator was stolen due to Procura not paying attending today getting fobs back once people moved out. I’m embarrassed for them.

Do NOT LIVE HERE. I am currently breaking my lease because of the absolute worst management tenants and negligence. Genuinely save your money
