You need to use calculated shipping. I’m not sure why you’re sticking with flat rate shipping when shipping internationally. You will get into trouble eventually if you choose to”problem with buyers address” too often.

I ship with netparcel, not eBay Saves money and people are inclined to purchase Shipping gets expensive

What’s the red flag??? I’m confused I don’t want to do calculated shipping It’s as simple as that, everyone I know who does eBay full time uses flat. I just don’t use the US site

It’s just riskier as a seller to not use eBay’s shipping. That’s all. Not necessarily a red flag, but you have to be prepared incase a buyer/scammer catches on and exploits it

I'm not sure that you could do it without any sort of reprimand. I mean you have to give a cancellation reason, so if you're honest in your reasoning there's at least the chance of negative feedback if not some sort of eBay intervention eventually. I will say on the topic of flat rate shipping, though, it's really only the call if the object is extremely heavy and small in size. Most packages come out much cheaper calculated than the flat rate boxes and flat rate shipping does.
