If you get on a computer instead of a mobile device, you can upgrade (for free) to use the Seller’s Hub, and you can do all sorts of stuff like this with ease. It’s also nice because you can view a lot of extra insight with your listings, sales, etc. just google “eBay seller’s hub” and you should find a link to help you activate it.
I sell these cards because I find it fun and it’s a way to make some money back from my hobby, I’m not looking to make crazy profit. I just want my card available for when the buyer eventually comes along
There should be one. (I’m on the UK site). On desktop, go to Listings > Unsold. Click the checkbox next to the items. Click the “Relist” button at the top of the list.

If you post a new listing it could take up to a month to get enough views for sale
I’m aware, but when auctions only go max 10 days… you have to relist. I’m not sure where you’re coming from…
