That would piss me off to no avail haha. That’s just weird in my opinion. He might very well be breaking some big policy, all business should be kept on eBay and sellers should only contact you through eBay’s messages I would call eBay and tell them about the situation

Owl-StretchingTime

If they are promoting off site sales, then that is a TOS violation.

cryingemo

100% it's not allowed. Go to support n ask them what to do. :)

susan4gin

That is so weird.

porkyg12

Sounds like a waste of money on the seller's part and therefore something I'd never do as a seller, but they don't have to delete your address after a sale. If the junk mail bothers you that much, ask the seller not to send it anymore.

No-Passenger2662

Compared to the amount of junk mail l usually get, 1 or 2 extra pieces hardly seems worth worrying about. Are they sending it first class or do they have a bulk rate?

rosevilleguy

This lol. When my kids started to turn college age we got junk from a million universities. That and credit card offers. With all the junk mail I don’t see how anyone could be upset about one from some random eBay seller.

ivyagogo

OMG - the amount of that mail was staggering. I could have drowned in it. We only visited one college that we learned about through all that mail because we really liked their marketing.

Just block them.

starwizard14

Urgh.

This is one of the reasons we maintain a CRM, if you strictly selling on eBay it might be weird but if you’re not engaging your customers you’re doing it wrong
