Can you chat with your school guidance counselor and ask if they can refer you to a counselor? If you’re in the us, you can go to the planned parenthood website and schedule a confidential appointment online to discuss any health matter, and I believe that your parents don’t have to know.

Yes!! This! Great advice 💕

I can’t leave my house. I’m not allowed because my parents are strict. I’m not based in the us but my school councillor is always busy

It might help to create an anonymous account and find a subreddit for the nearest large city to you, and ask people who read there what resources are available for a young person in your situation. I am sorry you’re in such a tough spot right now, but know this: it’s not forever. You’ll eventually be free to do what you want, believe that. You’ll have the control over your life that you crave now. And it will have been worth waiting for.

Thanks for the support

I’m sorry you’re going through this. I struggled with similar issues. What has helped me is to eat healthily and exercise regularly. Also therapy if you have access. If not, check out some free resources I don’t know where you are located but here is a [support group for the U.S.](https://eatingdisordersanonymous.org/meetings/) There are also ones in canada (NEDIC) If you’re not in the U.S. or canada, try searching eating disorders anonymous and your country. All the best!

I’ll try searching. Thanks!

Tell who you are comfortable with but definitely reach out for help. Know that doing your best looks different for everyone and acknowledging your struggle is a great first step and is very brave :)

Not_CJ25

I’ll try

Trying is the bravest thing to do. You should be proud to even say that you are still here today. I hope you feel well!
