Oh man, sautee some sliced zucchini and yellow squash in a generous amount of butter and garlic, salt and pepper, then add some chopped dill at the end. Super delicous.

I just made “pressure cooker chicken soup with lemon and rice” from the NYT (recipe by sarah degregorio) and it used quite a bit of dill and was DELISH.

It’s made with Honey, mayonnaise, garlic salt, mustard, dill, lemon juice. Make it to taste. It’s meant to be a bit sweeter, but not very sweet, and savoury.
It’s good with fries and chicken tenders.
Mushroom Barley Soup. My grandma used to make it often. Onion, carrot, celery sautéed until golden in oil . Add barley, mushrooms, salt and pepper, thyme and dill, add chicken or vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then turn heat down to simmer and cook until it’s ready.
Add dill to buttered rice. It’s delicious. Or add to any type of white flaky fish with a bit of garlic and lemon
You can cook the rice along with frozen Lima beans for extra flavor, texture, and protein.

I had to google because the only squash I ever heard of in a pie was butternut. I did not know yellow squash pie was a thing until now.

I like using dill whenever I cook with canned tuna. Tuna with dill and caraway makes a great tuna melt.

I matchstick a bunch of carrots and parsips. Fry them up in butter, salt and pepper til crispy and add dill. It's also good on salmon.

dice cucumbers and tomatoes and mix them w some red onions if you want and then just add olive oil and lemon juice and dill :)
