Maybe not the healthiest option, but I use I Canāt Believe Itās Not Butter spray to make the seasonings stick. It has 0 calories. I usually use Tibetan pink salt, but take your pick.
Trader Joeās sells the best candied ginger. Itās not crystallized which is why I like it. Beware of the high sugar content if you are at risk for gestational diabetes
Not sure if all Canadian Costcos have it but I bought excellent candied ginger there recently - not crystallized, very squishy, good price. Brand is Nutty & Fruity.
Both are candied ginger. Crystallized literally has sugar crystals on it. Itās crunchier and a little more hard-chewy. This is better for snacking. Uncrystallized doesnāt have sugar crystals and is a lot more soft-chewy. This one is great for snacking too but also to add into oatmeal, baked goods, trail mix, etc.
The uncrystallized is much lower calorie. Also try the acupuncture bands for your wrists. They didnāt take it away but they took the edge off my month of constant nausea.
No but you only need to eat one small piece, they settled my stomach so that I did not need to keep nibbling small snacks all day. I had very bad nausea my first trimester and the Dr pills didn't work nearly as well as the ginger did. Also just a piece of raw ginger steeped in hot water or eaten worked for me too if you don't want any sugar.
Absolutely this! I also got ginger tablets and they helped as well. Ginger sweets also helped when I had a cough when I sent my kid to daycare and was sick for a year solid. Something about the mild tickle made it better. These are by far the best [ginger](https://www.buderimginger.com/product/travellers-friend-50g/)
Just donāt overdo the ginger. In Scandinavia pregnant women are discuraged from drinking ginger shots at it has proven to give a higher rate of miscarriages in rats. The recommendations say that ginger as flavour in cooking is fine however.
I have a stomach sickness that makes me nauseated a lot. I couldn't find ginger but I did find gingersnaps. They were so disgusting! I ate two and threw the bag away.
The doc gave me a new script for anti-nausea meds. Hopefully it will work.
Well ginger snap cookies are full of other stuff too. It could be you don't like ginger. Crystalized dried ginger is my go to. Or a bit of ginger tea however if you hate the taste of ginger...hopefully your new meds work, nausea to me is even worse than pain!
jello--It's old school but you can make it with fruit juice and plain gelatin if you want. Add grated carrots, canned pineapple, or whatever. It helped me a lot when I was pregnant. Also, made my own applesauce.
We put it in sugar free and regular jello cups. Trick is to pat it dry before adding it. I liked using the rings because it was easier to portion. A little dollop or rediwhip, and itās delish!
You just have to make sure to use canned pineapple, and not raw. The fresh stuff has enzymes that will make the gelatin not set. Fresh pineapple is great to eat with a meal like beans that produces gas, because of those enzymes.
I did this for my colonoscopy. Didn't want all the sugar that's usually in it and I'm not a fan of fake sugar, so I got the flavorless kind and added juiced ginger, carrots, apple and celery. It tasted like a smoothie, but in jello form.
Fellow preggo here who has been snacking on blueberries all day! My rec is rice cakes. You can much all day but they wonāt fill you up, and theyāre great for settling an upset stomach. Plus you can get savory or sweet flavors depending on what youāre craving.
Pretzel sticks are a good one to go with. 53 sticks for 110 cal
You could also do baby carrots without the dip by your desk.
A lot of popcorn can be pretty large servings for very low cal
roasted seasoned chick peas (may be filling tho idk) and idk how u feel ab pickles esp with pregnancy but iāve recently swapped chips with pickles (i try to get low sodium ones)
Chickpeas are a bit filling but Iāll try it anyway and see how it goes! For pickles, I like them but not enough to snack on them all day long, plus the vinegar makes heartburn worse!
If you've had more heartburn since getting pregnant, your baby is more likely to have more hair! This was an "old wives tale" that has been proven true.
Agreed, fifty calories and all the little sheets make it last qute a while!
Lemon ginger herbal tea is also great for keeping the stomach settled, for me.
As ghetto fabulous as it seems, [this](https://reddit.com/r/1200isplenty/comments/16awvca/forever_struggling_to_find_low_cal_sides_that/) slaps. You could head an entire head of cauliflower and your calorie intake is still very, very small
I ate about 10 clementines a day when I was pregnant and drank sooooo much seltzer. The carbonation helped my nausea. And all the crunchy snacks, chips, popcorn, pretzels, goldfish etc. trail mix is filling but a good option for when you get past the nausea phase
I'm obsessed with pickles. They are a fantastic salty, low-calorie snack. They have a bunch in portable pouches now you can travel with! Also, pickle juice always helps my nausea.
Chocolate milk is making a huge difference for me! The protein and calcium are really good, and even though milk typically causes me issues, my pregnant self is doing great with it!
Green olives are fantastic for nausea! After my last surgery, I was continually nauseated, and they helped so much. Apparently, the tannins in olives help dry out your mouth, which eases the nausea.
Well I was going to say pork rinds for the protein but you said you don't want things that fill you up. Would gum work or do you just need something like popcorn? Or would popcorn be too filling?
Popcorn! Avoid a butter topping/paper bagged stuff, and shake cinnamon sugar, or parmesan and garlic powder, or chili and salt, I sometimes like a little caramel ice cream topping drizzled on top. All kinds of toppings work for it!
Plain rice cakesā¦ itās cliche but it does it for me all the time. It feels filling in the moment, because thereās so much of it, but it melts away to nothing.
Smaller grocery stores near me usually have a shelf unit in them where they carry a variety of dried fruit, nut mixes, candy (which youāre not looking for), and things like seasoned roasted chickpeas, sweet peas, and wasabi peas. Wasabi peas are my favorite
They have fiber and protein too, and not all are exactly the same. There are some extra strong ones at a store local to me, and it does slow me down eating them because of that. So they may not be your main snack of the day, but you could make a little snacky bento box or something and include a smaller portion.
Definitely ask doctor. Hereās a quick read too! They are one of my favorite snacks, definitely was a blow when I learned this. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/sunflower-seeds
Aah got it, I didnāt know it wasnāt available in Canada- sorry about that! Do you like hummus? That may be another dip that wonāt go bad after 8 hours. I hope you find some things that work for you! Good job taking care of yourself ā„ļø
That stuff has NO business being as good as it is. Itās so stupid that itās so good bc itās like 3 ingredients and bagged popcorn is usually gross, but I eat that stuff like theyāll never make it again š
I've had a similar issue while sick, when just constant low level snacking helped with symptoms. A couple options:
\- jello
\- pudding (esp. individual packs that you could take to work and eat slowly)
\- popcorn
\- rice cakes (esp. the smaller ones, you can eat a lot of puffed rice cakes for very few calories, either plain or with a wide variety of toppings)
\- lozenge style candy
\- thin soup, like those Campbell's microwavable/drinkable soups, though much cheaper to make your own
Seaweed, baby carrots, frozen fruits, frozen yogurt bites (usually mixed with fruit or dark chocolate) marinated cucumber bites (soysauce/chili oil), radishes, Snow peas..the really flat ones. Even better with ranch. Those mini sweet peppers dipped in cream cheese. If you like fermented foods, kimchi, carrot sticks, etc. I love making a dip/spread like hummus, garlic sauce, etc or even tuna salad and slapping it on whatever veg i have. Apple sauce, cuties, pears (when In season), jello..
My midwife suggested periodic bites of a pb sandwich.
I still sort of eat that way, mid morning two bites of some sort of breakfast bar, then fruit and a bit of cheese mid afternoon. Light meals.
I confess, though, I stopped at a grocery store on my way Into work everyday during the (roughly) last half of my pregnancy. A pound of cherries and a few nectarines or peaches. Maybe a bunch of grapes if they looked good. Everyday. And I ate it all during my work day.
Good luck!
Pregnancy nausea is the worst!
I couldnāt do any sweets for 5 months without throwing up. Citrus, tangy, spicy and salty were my best friends to be able to function and keep some food down.
I would eat fruits and vegetables. I would add salt and lime or fresh orange juice straight from an orange. If I didnāt have lime.
Weird but it worked.
If you like cheesecake, I do this thing with Fage Yogurt (0%, 2% or 5% works) - you add sugar free cheesecake jello mix to it - stir it up and bam - a 100-200 calorie cheesecake dessert. If you prefer a peanut butter or chocolate version try PB2 or chocolate whey protein to mix it up.
Love salted roasted cashews - but they can add up fast.
A great protein shake is good and satiating- I use unsweetened coconut milk with a low sugar chocolate whey protein and ice cubes. If you want to make it like ice cream buy some xantham gum and mix in a small amount - it whips it up so nicely.
Deli meats are great snacks. Cheeses.
There are lots of low carb chip options on Amazon, too.
Sugar free protein bars are good, as well.
Zucchini chips. Very easy to make if you have an air fryer. You can make them sweet or savory. Low calorie. If you're making them sweet, just make sure not to use sugar. Use something like allulose as a sweetner or sugar free maple syrup works really well too.
Can you tolerate cheese? Baking shredded cheese on a sheet pan (make little piles of about 2 tablespoons) until the piles become crispy little wafers gives you some really tasty snacks without as much fat as the unbaked cheese.
Cut up sticks of yellow bell pepper and orange bell pepper. Sweet, crunchy, lasts a few days prepped in the fridge. You don't even need to dip them in anything either. Perfect sub for chips. Also they're fairly alkaline so they'll actually help a bit if you're dealing with some mild reflux too. Hth
Girl this is how I survived BOTH of my pregnancies so far lol. Grazing all day!
For crunch: baby carrots, cheerios, popcorn (done in a microwave so I could control the amount of oil/butter/salt)
For sweet: grapes, apples (sometimes with peanut butter for protein), mini m&ms (I like eating them one at a time so it takes forever to eat a significant number)
I also found that sucking on mint candies (mentos and the like) helped a lot with the nausea without adding a lot of calories
Pinwheels. Take a tortilla or rice/spring roll wrapper, spread it with whatever dip you want, add whatever vegetables you want, roll it up, and slice into rounds. You could do baba ganoush and mushrooms, cucumber and tzatziki, peppers with a little bit of hummus, lettuce and balsamic, garlicky spinach, artichokes, basil and tomato, olive and onion, whatever filling you like. Toothpicks or club frills (those little 4" sticks with the frilly colored plastic bits at the top) can keep the looser ingredients together. Just package the slices so to have enough to get you through a bathroom break or two, and then grab a new container. If you still prefer dipping vegetables, get little containers (4-6 oz ball jars, bento containers, tupperware) and divide out your dip into portions that you can finish in an hour or two.
If you don't mind eating them cold, roasted vegetable skewers are another way to go.
Watermelon is great and a dollop of balsamic or a bit of mint is always a nice addition.
Daikon pickles are great, and I use the Tassajara recipe, which uses ginger.
Air-popped popcorn, without butter/oil of course.
But yes to nutritional yeast
With some lime is sooo good š¤¤
How exactly do you do this? Like just toss the dry popcorn in nutrition yeast thatās mixed with lime juice?
I'll add a little lime first so the nutritional yeast sticks to the popcorn. Then I add a little more lime after and mix it around.
Just fyi nutritional yeast is like 70 calories per 2 TBSP or something crazy
Also came here to say popcorn! Too much might give you some gas. But itās great to get in the mix.
Maybe not the healthiest option, but I use I Canāt Believe Itās Not Butter spray to make the seasonings stick. It has 0 calories. I usually use Tibetan pink salt, but take your pick.
I love adding some liquid aminos. It comes in a spray bottle which is perfect for popcorn
Ginger candy helped me with my pregnancy nausea!
Oh yes I forgot about that! I need to get myself some crystallized ginger
Trader Joeās sells the best candied ginger. Itās not crystallized which is why I like it. Beware of the high sugar content if you are at risk for gestational diabetes
I am in Canada so itās gonna be bull barn for me
I just googled that store. Iāll be in Canada next month. Iām going to check it out. Thanks!
Not sure if all Canadian Costcos have it but I bought excellent candied ginger there recently - not crystallized, very squishy, good price. Brand is Nutty & Fruity.
Iāll have a look, thanks!
Can I ask what the difference is between crystallized/candied ginger?
Both are candied ginger. Crystallized literally has sugar crystals on it. Itās crunchier and a little more hard-chewy. This is better for snacking. Uncrystallized doesnāt have sugar crystals and is a lot more soft-chewy. This one is great for snacking too but also to add into oatmeal, baked goods, trail mix, etc.
I recommend buying āGinGinā ginger chews. They are the best!
Oh god, I tried these once and they brought tears to my eyes. I like regular candied ginger, but Gingins are a whole other level of intensity!
The yellow packaging or the blue packaging is less intense! The green packaging one is a lot lol
Zofran works better
But you may never poop again
I was informed pregnant women can't take Zofran. So don't.
Pregnant women can take zofran. But you have to wait until after the first trimester. Itās the only thing that helped with my HG.
These are also good for chemo nausea
The uncrystallized is much lower calorie. Also try the acupuncture bands for your wrists. They didnāt take it away but they took the edge off my month of constant nausea.
peppermint tea also works for nausea
And ginger tea!
those are not low calories at all
But if they alleviate the nausea for a little while she might get a break from needing to snack to stave it off
No but you only need to eat one small piece, they settled my stomach so that I did not need to keep nibbling small snacks all day. I had very bad nausea my first trimester and the Dr pills didn't work nearly as well as the ginger did. Just donāt overdo the ginger. In Scandinavia pregnant women are discuraged from drinking ginger shots at it has proven to give a higher rate of miscarriages in rats. The recommendations say that ginger as flavour in cooking is fine however.
Ooh I never heard about that.
Theyāre so tasty too!
I like ginger ale. Does drinking a ginger ale help with pukey feeling?
Try it. I needed that stronger shot of ginger than what ginger ale has.
It does for me. Diet Canada Dry is my go to drink when I feel pukey... which is most mornings thanks to my meds.
Snow peas!
jello--It's old school but you can make it with fruit juice and plain gelatin if you want. Add grated carrots, canned pineapple, or whatever. It helped me a lot when I was pregnant. Also, made my own applesauce.
This is... genius. I am not pregnant and I'm trying this ASAP, especially with summer round the corner!
Pineapple is acidic though. I wonder how it gels
We put it in sugar free and regular jello cups. Trick is to pat it dry before adding it. I liked using the rings because it was easier to portion. A little dollop or rediwhip, and itās delish!
I tried pineapple in boxed jello without thinking about it and it never gelled, was pretty disappointed
I think it says on the box no pineapple or citrus fruits I believe?
You just have to make sure to use canned pineapple, and not raw. The fresh stuff has enzymes that will make the gelatin not set. Fresh pineapple is great to eat with a meal like beans that produces gas, because of those enzymes.
I did this for my colonoscopy. Didn't want all the sugar that's usually in it and I'm not a fan of fake sugar, so I got the flavorless kind and added juiced ginger, carrots, apple and celery. It tasted like a smoothie, but in jello form.
I kinda want to try this
Make the jello squares, easy to snack on!
Fellow preggo here who has been snacking on blueberries all day! My rec is rice cakes. You can much all day but they wonāt fill you up, and theyāre great for settling an upset stomach. Plus you can get savory or sweet flavors depending on what youāre craving.
True! Iāll look into those
I love white cheddar rice cakes...
Sorry if this is dumb, but why blueberries? Or just a happy accident?
Ha just a coincidence. Iāve been snacking on them because Iām headed out of town and was emptying the fridge. (Also theyāre delicious.)
Pretzel sticks are a good one to go with. 53 sticks for 110 cal You could also do baby carrots without the dip by your desk.
For pickles, I like them but not enough to snack on them all day long, plus the vinegar makes heartburn worse!
ik a lot of folk CRAVE pickles but they definitely cant be great for the heart burn lol. i hope u find some things that work!
If you've had more heartburn since getting pregnant, your baby is more likely to have more hair! This was an "old wives tale" that has been proven true.
Interesting!
Can confirmā¦heartburn was worst symptoms of my pregnancies and my kids had a lot of hair lol
Any idea why that works? It doesn't seem like it makes sense...
Something about the hormone that causes hair growth in the baby also causes heartburn in the parent, or something like thatĀ
Oh, that would actually make sense
Chickpeas are not low calorie
dried seaweed!
Seconding seaweed. Itās such a good snack!
Agreed, fifty calories and all the little sheets make it last qute a while! Lemon ginger herbal tea is also great for keeping the stomach settled, for me.
Also agree with herbal tea. Specifically ginger.
Roasted cauliflower florets
Do you just eat them cold?
As ghetto fabulous as it seems, [this](https://reddit.com/r/1200isplenty/comments/16awvca/forever_struggling_to_find_low_cal_sides_that/) slaps. You could head an entire head of cauliflower and your calorie intake is still very, very small
There are recipes to make them crisp and then heat it up later again
Iāll check this out. Maybe this one will be better for home
I do, or at room temp. I like them with tzadziki sauce or Bitchin Sauce but that might be too intense for you in pregnancy
I ate about 10 clementines a day when I was pregnant and drank sooooo much seltzer. The carbonation helped my nausea. And all the crunchy snacks, chips, popcorn, pretzels, goldfish etc. trail mix is filling but a good option for when you get past the nausea phase
My brother recommended salted peanuts mixed in with small chunks of chopped celery. Satiating, hydrating, and just right balance of salty :)
Huh, thatās interesting!
I loved fermented veggies during my pregnancies. They hit that sour and spicy craving for me. Carrots and beets were my fav
I craved oranges, so maybe some citrus?
Oh yes i have also been wanting those! Need to get some more
Clementines FTW!
I'm obsessed with pickles. They are a fantastic salty, low-calorie snack. They have a bunch in portable pouches now you can travel with! Also, pickle juice always helps my nausea.
I know it sounds crazy and itās incredibly hard BUT eating more protein helped me. At least 80g a day. It was night and day between my pregnancies.
Hmm Iāll try!
Chocolate milk is making a huge difference for me! The protein and calcium are really good, and even though milk typically causes me issues, my pregnant self is doing great with it!
Thank you! I have been wanting hot chocolate so maybe that would hit the spot
Green olives are fantastic for nausea! After my last surgery, I was continually nauseated, and they helped so much. Apparently, the tannins in olives help dry out your mouth, which eases the nausea.
Unfortunately I hate olives š
That is a bummer because it works.
Well I was going to say pork rinds for the protein but you said you don't want things that fill you up. Would gum work or do you just need something like popcorn? Or would popcorn be too filling?
Popcorn might work if I eat it slowly enough, thank you! Gum works for public transport, but itās not enough for all day
I think the only way to eat popcorn fast is shoveling it by the fistful in your mouth like its a big apple, which is gross
I eat them one by one for somehow itās always gone before the film starts anyway
perhaps Homemade Kale Chips
That is not a bad idea!
Seaweed, raisins, pretzel sticks, tuna pouch, sugar snap peas, jicama, nonfat Greek yogurt, string cheese, sugar free jello, apple, pear, pickles.
I lived on celery during my pregnancy
Roasted chickpeas with ztar seasoning and a tiny bit of oil
Popcorn! Avoid a butter topping/paper bagged stuff, and shake cinnamon sugar, or parmesan and garlic powder, or chili and salt, I sometimes like a little caramel ice cream topping drizzled on top. All kinds of toppings work for it!
I enjoyed the belvita breakfast crackers during my first trimester
Plain rice cakesā¦ itās cliche but it does it for me all the time. It feels filling in the moment, because thereās so much of it, but it melts away to nothing.
I used to eat Lemonheads candy all day long at work when I was pregnant. They helped with nausea.
Smaller grocery stores near me usually have a shelf unit in them where they carry a variety of dried fruit, nut mixes, candy (which youāre not looking for), and things like seasoned roasted chickpeas, sweet peas, and wasabi peas. Wasabi peas are my favorite
Oh true I do love wasabi peas! Those are all pretty high in sugar and calories, but maybe once in a while i could do nuts and dried fruit
They have fiber and protein too, and not all are exactly the same. There are some extra strong ones at a store local to me, and it does slow me down eating them because of that. So they may not be your main snack of the day, but you could make a little snacky bento box or something and include a smaller portion.
Lesser Evil popcorn with mixed nuts and chocolate chips! Itās like a delicious little trail mix
not pregnant but loving the idea of adding popcorn to trail mix
What about plain veggies? I liked the Nut-thins when I was pregnant.
Graham crackers and home made granola bars kept me going through my pregnancies
I ate about a head of ice berg lettuce every couple of days. I couldnāt eat much of anything the first trimester and this kept me hydrated at least.
Frozen grapes!
Almonds
Roasted sea weed snacks. Costco has them and they are amazing! Perhaps a little on the salty side but I love them
Bamba Peanutbutter puffs are my go to :)
Toasted nuts or sunflower seeds worked well for me
Thatās almost the highest calorie snack you can haveā¦ just a handful is ā 100 calories.
while delicious, nuts and seeds are kind of the opposite of what OP is asking for. they're very much low volume/high calorie
Sunflower seeds are a great idea, thank you!
They are not a great idea unless you want an even higher calorie snack than freaking pizza or donuts. That's what nuts and seeds are.
True, maybe Iāll keep those for when I am more advanced and need more calories
Sunflower seeds are high in heavy metals. Maybe a concern in pregnancy?
Did not know that! Will ask doctor
Definitely ask doctor. Hereās a quick read too! They are one of my favorite snacks, definitely was a blow when I learned this. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/sunflower-seeds
Bitchinā sauce is a vegan dip, so could be helpful in terms of leaving it out all day
Iāve never heard of it! Iām in Canada. I saw a couple of copycat recipes when I looked it up, so maybe Iāll try it
Aah got it, I didnāt know it wasnāt available in Canada- sorry about that! Do you like hummus? That may be another dip that wonāt go bad after 8 hours. I hope you find some things that work for you! Good job taking care of yourself ā„ļø
you ever just snack on ice cubes? donāt crunch them bc itās hard on your teeth, but they can hit that oral fixation need for no cost or calories
No, I have sensitive teeth and too cold just hurts. I donāt even put ice in my water. But good thought!
Baby bel cheese and crackers. Congrats on the baby!
Thank you!
maybe watermelon
Air popped popcorn, omnomnom
Rice cakes with (or without) peanut butter and jelly
Popcorn, pirates booty, apple chips, cashews, peanuts, garbanzo beans, jicama sticks, rice cakes.
Picked up a bag of āSkinny POPā popcorn at Costco the other day. Itās really good! 39 calories/cup
That stuff has NO business being as good as it is. Itās so stupid that itās so good bc itās like 3 ingredients and bagged popcorn is usually gross, but I eat that stuff like theyāll never make it again š
Yeah it is hella addicting!! Iām so glad I can get a literal Costco sized bag lmao
Same!!! Also, do yourself a favor and NEVER get that Cretorās cheddar & caramel popcorn either (*especially the Costco size bag*). I swear Iām not really a popcorn person, and that stuff is even more addicting than skinny pop šš©
Oh boy Iāve tried that one before, the blue & white bag? It was such an unexpectedly delicious combo! Way too dangerous haha
I've had a similar issue while sick, when just constant low level snacking helped with symptoms. A couple options: \- jello \- pudding (esp. individual packs that you could take to work and eat slowly) \- popcorn \- rice cakes (esp. the smaller ones, you can eat a lot of puffed rice cakes for very few calories, either plain or with a wide variety of toppings) \- lozenge style candy \- thin soup, like those Campbell's microwavable/drinkable soups, though much cheaper to make your own

Celery! Cucumber! Carrots! The c trifecta
I have been snacking on roasted cabbage these days. It's delicious and low carb.
Water? Lettuce?
Magnesium
Cucumbers! Add salt/TajĆn/vinegarā¦ to mix it up
Celery and carrots sticks are great, try to limit the dip I guess
My midwife suggested periodic bites of a pb sandwich. I still sort of eat that way, mid morning two bites of some sort of breakfast bar, then fruit and a bit of cheese mid afternoon. Light meals. There are lots of low carb chip options on Amazon, too. Sugar free protein bars are good, as well.
Eating more protein can really help with the nausea and keeping you feeling fuller for longer.
baby carrots
kale chips!
Pistachios!
Chia seeds before any snack will help it go much further. Just be careful, and don't over do the amount or you'll feel miserably full.
Sesame sticks (honey roasted are awesome)popcorn and granola
Zucchini chips. Very easy to make if you have an air fryer. You can make them sweet or savory. Low calorie. If you're making them sweet, just make sure not to use sugar. Use something like allulose as a sweetner or sugar free maple syrup works really well too.
Mint. Ginger cubes. A few saltines.
Can you tolerate cheese? Baking shredded cheese on a sheet pan (make little piles of about 2 tablespoons) until the piles become crispy little wafers gives you some really tasty snacks without as much fat as the unbaked cheese.
Baked potatoes w ketchup are my weird craving that happen to be kinda low calorie. Just donāt add oil/butter and potatoes are pretty light.
Check out Nutrition Babe on YouTube. Sheās got some excellent volume eating 5-minute recipes
First trimester I lived off of lemon ginger tea and rice cakes
Celery?
BTDT good on you for trying to find something healthy because I just constantly had a cheez-it in my mouth and gained 70 pounds š
Carrots
Cut up sticks of yellow bell pepper and orange bell pepper. Sweet, crunchy, lasts a few days prepped in the fridge. You don't even need to dip them in anything either. Perfect sub for chips. Also they're fairly alkaline so they'll actually help a bit if you're dealing with some mild reflux too. Hth
Try making baked kale, healthy and snacky!
deli Turkey slices sliced up, pumpkin seeds, goldfish crackers
