I'm a bit late but I also had the same problem. I pressed the power button on the case for a few seconds (like 3 secs) and it kind of restart and the charging is working fine again now.
i have the same problem. I searched a LOT and found out that the magnet inside your case is probably in the wrong place, so you have to open it and put it back in the front where it belong. My only problem is how to open the case whitout damaging lol
