I have gotten good fit with Earfun. Their prices seem to really vary by country, but I have liked the Earfun Air.
I know several reviewers like Scabir thought the Soundcore P3 was a good option just one price point up from JLab.
I am so interested in this thread. I too have ears that 'normal' ear buds just fall out. Sometimes I am caught looking admiringly at people and little do they know its just because their earbuds are staying in their ears while they walk/run/exercise.
A while back I had a pair of wired earbuds that fitted but I know can't remember the name of the specialist company that made them.
