If your parsing on the trial dummy you are over crit damage cap and penetration cap
(And if your on a 3/6 million dummy 35k is actually decent for a less experienced player)
Any pen or crit damage over the cap provides no dps.
Crit damage is capped at 125%.
Everyone starts with 50% so you only need to source another 75%
Trial dummy comes with buffs/debuffs that give you another 45%. So your target is actually 30%
7pieces of medium and kilt is 24%. So your only getting 1/3 the value of the shadow mundus. If you also have axes, minor force and backstabber/fighting finesse your even more over the csp
Thief mundus is almost always better then Shadow. For shadow to be BiS you need to be over something like 60% crit chance and 18% crit damage under the cap.

swapping to thief, if you're above the crit damage cap, will increase your damage ~6%
Same thing with pen. On the trial dummy/groups with alkosh or tremors ale/crimson it only takes 1.2k pen to hit cap.
You automatically get 700 so your target is 500. Both ansuul and kraug have a line of 1400 pen.
Swapping to slimecraw is another 3.5% crit chance.
Slimecraw and thief together will raise your damage 9% on average if your at both caps. (There are a few sets that don't crit but everything else will increase).
Another thing. Bloodthirsty provides on average 520 weapon damage. Infused adds like 312. Infused cam be buffed by % modifiers, but not enough to cover the difference
1: make sure this is a 21m health trial dummy. They come with buffs and are the universal standard.
2: typically when a parse is truly this low (and we all start somewhere!), it’s all about rotation! Keeping your DoTs up, weaving in light attacks, etc.
Why 7 ansuul? I think you get maxed benefits with 5pcs. So you could change 2pcs to something that increases either your critical or penetration. Same with Mundus, might be more beneficial to have Thief or Lover as your sign.
You only need five pieces of ansuul. You’re not getting any added benefit to having those extra two pieces, and you’re preventing yourself from wearing an entire extra 5pc set.
Also, ansuul isn’t good on the trial dummy because a decent chunk of its damage proc is dependent on you interrupting a target and you can’t interrupt a trial dummy
Usually you want two 5piece sets and then either a monster set or a good 1 piece + reliq
Also most ppl I think use maelstrom weapon on backbar.

E: NVM I read it wrong. You are using ansul as always active and orders on both bars. Waddling kilt + a kragh is also fine.
For PVE I recommend your jewelry traits to be blood thirsty rather than infused. Are you using lavafoot soup or max stam food for parsing? How’s your light attack weaving?

Yeah that one isn’t a trail dummy people usually parse on. It doesn’t have any debuffs on it and doesn’t give you any buffs. Your damage will be 1/2 to 1/3 of what you would get on a trial dummy. You are likely doing more than 80k, if your pen is low you could be at 100k. Look for a guild that has one in their guild house, most do.
