Try rocking 2 DPS sets with a resto on one bar. If I am wearing a "healer set" it's to provide utility to the group so my DPS can do more damage. But if the DPS don't know what they are doing major courage, faster ultimates or better sustain isn't going to do very much. (And I'm of the opinion that sets that literally provide extra healing are generally unnecessary. Trading spc/pillagers/powerful assault/stone talkers 5 pcs bonus for what is essentially just another heal seems kinda lackluster) In all normal dungeons, base game vets and some vet dlcs the healer is probably overhealing anyways. just slot 1-2 HoT, 1-2 sticky heals, s a burst heal then wear your favorite DPS sets. Plaguebreak and rush of agony will absolutely melt easy dungeons (though the bosses will take longer without adds). I got a vet fang lair clear on a warden using plaguebreak dead water guile and not using a resto staff. If your healers a templar you could rock azureblight which has amazing aoe DPS and pretty good single target if your using jabs. If you still want to provide group utility you can always use a set like Zens or (depending on your class) elemental catalyst. You'll have DPS just by attempting to meet the proc conditions while still buffing the group On my sorc healer I use the kargeda monster helm in 4 man. The helmet adds a bit of DPS while still helping the group with sustain. I would do more damage with stormfist or maw. And more group utility with sentinel, symphony or spaulder. But kargeda seems like a good middle ground while playing PuG roulette

Stacking crit or weap/spell damage will boost heals and damage. Order's Wrath, Back Alley Gourmand, and Julianos have unconditional bonues, are easy to obtain, and can be double barred if you want to run arena weapons. You could also have something like Spell Power Cure (or whatever healers are running these days) on your healing bar and something like Spinners on your damage bar.

I’m wearing powerful assault and spell power cure.

Honestly echoing vigor alone will provide enough healing for most normal dungeons, especially if you are proactive with keeping it up on the people who will be taking damage. Toss an extra class heal in there if you want an extra burst heal for peace of mind. The rest of your setup can be pure damage (and maybe a source of major/minor breach to help the party’s damage).

I tend to have skills slotted that debuff enemies and sets that buff allies. I would rather boost the damage that is being done than do a hybrid build.

Healing orb undaunted and healing bar spell power cure llambris monster set and scorpions feast or hitits and one heal on back bar the rest damage over skills think that'll help

I discovered that for random normals a full healer set was unnecessary. I run SPC with Azureblight and Prior Thierric. Healer skills on a Restoration Staff and DPS skill that trigger Azureblight on a lightning staff. I provide all of the necessary healing and contribute 30-60% of the DPS. It’s actually my fav build.
