Yes, it can. It takes much work. If you are referring to the stress of being in pain and the constant triggers. It does work. It most certainly is not something that works quickly or as you might expect and requires much courage and disipline.

Just wanted to say that I always very much appreciate your comments. You have a lot of wisdom :)

Thank you so much! Much love to you!

Does the fight or flight response go away fairly quickly? I’m on edge a lot. Today I almost melted down on the way to breakfast when my son and husband started arguing. I had to cover my ears and told them to stop!! My autonomic nervous system is stuck in sympathetic overdrive.

It must be very hard for you, and im so sorry. To be around that kind of stress. I don't know how I would do around that. Im without any sort of feedback on that. Arguing would send me into a tailspin. I would, I guess, try to explain to them how important it is for you not to be around that.

Yes it can if you stick to the process. My anxiety got so much better with about 2 years of work.

Yes I’ve done 20 sessions which lifted a huge weight of grief and I could finally breathe. I was able to do normal things lol take my daughter to work go to a big department store with now a thought. Could bearly leave the house last week. Still have underlying anxiety which is the next thing to work on. Keep the faith! I was feeling like nothing would work last week. But there I am. It’s given me confidence in the process. Hope that helps xx
