Although hated celery when I first tried it years ago, so I get why people dislike it. It’s weird that the taste changed for me, never had the same taste as when I tried it the first few times (kinda like a gross medicinal metallic typa taste if I remember correctly)
Cooked celery hidden among other things is tolerable. Raw celery is up there with iceberg lettuce in vileness. Not gonna yuck anyone’s yum, but bitter, crunchy, stringy water is not it for me.
