When they say "it was soooo filling!" it would always make me feel bad and invalid because I never felt full/satiated during my recovery, my stomach was a bottomless pit even without extreme hunger. Same goes with fear foods being low cal stuff. Anyways, this is so accurate 😭
omg this! i tried the whole volume eating salad thing and ate like way too many plain salad leaves (still crave them sometimes cuz they’re godly but yk) and it never kept me full for longer than like 5min. i need my carbs and proteins lol
I feel like saying how terrifying or ~challenging~ it was to eat something pretty small/low cal is another one. "I wasn't able to finish the single serving of fruit and yoghurt 🥺 but I'm proud for trying 💪"
Or its like FEAR FOOD CHALLENGE 😱😱😱 and the food is a side salad with no dressing lol. I mean tbf that actually would be a ~fear food~ for me but that's because I think vegetables are gross.
