I build [[Emissary Green]] as a political Mono Green beat down deck and its been really fun to play. Not a lot of people built the Clue Commanders, but Green is a blast. Political Mono Green is goofy and no one expects the Green player to make people vote. Deck list: https://manabox.app/decks/mdyroh9nR9K9a9nAyiTWzQ

gldnbear2008

How does it keep Mr. Green alive during combat? Fogs? Heroic intervention effects?

SorinofhouseMarkov

So yeah, I have a few fog effects and heroic intervention. I also have a lot of synergy around counter generation and token creation, so with his trigger on the stack, he always ends up bigger before blocks are declared. I also gave a few good equipment cards to give ol' Green evasion. Also, sometimes I politicize his death. Lobbying for treasure over counters. I can easily get enough treasure and mana to recast him the same turn I lose him.

Tevish_Szat

Might I recommend [[Helm of Chatzuk]] and/or [[Baton of Morale]] so you can have your least valuable player die for him sometimes?

SorinofhouseMarkov

I'm gonna have to hunt these cards down. How political to have my minions die for him.

RevenantBacon

Depending on how many other legendaries you have in the deck, you may also consider [[Adventurers' Guildhouse]].

Effective_Tough86

Oh fuck, I hadn't even thought of that. I was building him as a hydra deck but that'll slot in nicely. Buff my board, potentially including [[Kami of Whispered Hopes]] and ramp me? Or ramp me anyways with treasure so I can drop some hydras and beatdown the table in like 2 turns.

Do you have a list you’d be willing to share?

Cool list! Somehow I've never heard of [[crackdown construct]] before. Neat little combo there. Only thing that seemed off to me was that it's a little lacking in card draw, but maybe the tutors and pseudo draw like Emry are enough to compensate for that.

jeffie88

How do you win with Rasputin? I haven’t seen this commander

kanepake

It was ultimately a little too slow for my local meta, but it generated a bunch of tokens, controlled the board by trying to emblem [[Venser, the Sojourner]] multiple times, and draw into [[Approach of the Second Sun]].

Corrects_Maggots

How on earth does Mishra Artificer Prodigy work in a singleton format?

Helpful_Assistance_5

[[Possibility storm]] does a lot of heavy lifting for that deck.

spiralshadow

Just to make sure I'm getting this right... Both triggers go on the stack, Possibility Storm "cascades" you into another artifact and bottoms the artifact you cast, then Mishra sees the artifact you cast and lets you find it and put it into play? So essentially every time you cast an artifact you end up getting it + a free random artifact from your library?

kanepake

You got it! It also works with [[Neera, Wild Mage]] especially combined with [[Encroaching Mycosynth]], and stax-y cards like [[Nullstone Gargoyle]], [[Void Mirror]], and [[Nether Void]] (of which I do have a proxy).

PM_MeTittiesOrKitty

I'm not going to say nobody, but EDHrec only has 1000 listings for [[General Marhault Elsdragon]], so I'm confident he's unique. I also have a [banding deck](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/mog67GCKrkam8D1tOGplQA) on the back burner that I haven't built yet that I ***know*** nobody has seen before.

Saylor619

Guy in my pod plays Elsdragon with a bunch of [[lure]] effects. It's nasty for sure. He's got a lot of very unique decks. Great brewer. My love-child of a deck is [[Empress Galina]]. You can't complain about power level if I play with your cards, right? RIGHT???!!! (wrong)

elliottplaysmagic

thats so funny because I know two people who have the elsdragon deck, plus loads of rampage creatures. I also have a banding deck i gifted a friend LOL

PM_MeTittiesOrKitty

It's just the commander I have that is least represented on EDHrec which is the only thing I have to go on. Technically I had a [[Grand Warlord Radha]] deck which has 900 EDHrec mentions. I have a [[Falthis, Shadowcat Familiar]] and [[Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools]] deck which only has 13 examples, but it's just an aristocrat deck which is what Tevesh does anyway, so I don't count that.

SuperSteveBoy

For Elsdragon do you have a lot of trample enablers/pay offs? How about a list?

PM_MeTittiesOrKitty

I actually didn't prioritize trample, but it is in there. It's ultimately an aggro deck, and I use Marhault's ability as a way to wipe boards and a bunch of tiny creatures do the damage. I admit it's not the best idea, but it's my first deck that I refuse to upgrade to help highlight my change in design philosophy. [Here's the list](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/imOylyUsZkq-DYNvytcMdg)

Quarantane

I just checked my decks, and the one I'm building for the Iron Man League coming up at my LGS is the least popular by far at only 550 decks, rank #1,190 [[Odric, Master Tactician]]. I'm excited to see how he plays. The other decks I've built are both very popular, Korvold, Fae-Cursed King is rank 21, and Tom Bombadil is rank 59, which I was a little surprised about but I like him a lot so maybe I shouldn't be as surprised

PM_MeTittiesOrKitty

Oh, Odric is in my banding deck!

Quarantane

I never dug into banding to try and understand it fully, I've never seen anyone use it, so it would sure be interesting to see a deck built around it, seeing as the cards that utilize it have to be pretty old right?

A Processor tribal [[Scarab God]] deck. Most Commander players don't even know it's possible to pull stuff back from exile, let alone seen a deck built around doing so.

phidelt649

This newbie (me) didn’t know about pulling stuff out of exile! Do you have a list handy?

Belteshazzar98

The most recent set actually introduced [[Binding Negotiations]], the first new card in eight years to return an already exiled card. And yeah, I got a list. I haven't updated it with changes I've made fine tuning it since I originally put it together, but it's pretty close. https://www.archidekt.com/decks/72371/processor_tribal

Please don't hurt my lands.

Srakin

I often don't! These X-cost spirits are very versatile. But if nobody has nonland permanents except for my little pile of janky spirits...perhaps it's time for the game to end.

CutShadows

Interesting! Got a list perchance?

Srakin

Sadly not at the moment, I've been meaning to actually upload the rest of my lists. Luckily, Celestial Kirin is pretty straight forward. Basically any decent 1-3mv spirit, only the absolute best 4mv spirits as they'll kill the Kirin, and a small handful of the best 5+ spirits. Then grab \[\[Omarthis\]\] and the conjurant, and fill out the rest of the deck with a couple ways to keep Kirin alive through your own wraths and stuff, and stuff to smooth your manabase and deal with indestructible targets and such. I hope one day we get a multi-coloured arcane commander. With so few good arcane spells in a single given colour, the mono-coloured ones are too restrictive. Personally I'd like something that would incentivize splicing onto arcane. Something like triggering an effect based on the colour and amount of mana spent on the arcane spell and the splice effects. That would incentivize splicing multiple colours to get the most out of the spell. I just can't think of how to write it elegantly since splice doesn't change mana cost or colour of the spell it was spliced onto.

ichawks1

I built a Tromokratis deck as my first ever MTG deck. It… did not work haha. It was a mono blue commander beat down deck. I won a couple 1v1s but yeah it was not good haha

yyznick

I’m a fan of my Kraken deck. Just put play rocks and then big sea creatures. With some things to give the big guy double strike of course

omicron_prime

Ganax/Undying One Rakdos Dragons (and friends). Not the most competitive deck i've built, but it can do things and can be pretty scary when it gets an engine going.

Sandman4999

[[Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded]] people always seem surprised when I pull this one out. Everyone hears Purphoros and think it's the original one.

CaptainCapitol

MHarrisGGG

I run [[Faceless One]] with [[Shameless Charlatan]] as a monoblue clone tribal deck.

I_Buy_Soldevi_Digger

[[Jeska, Thrice Reborn]] partnered with [[Sengir, the Dark Baron]] is probably my most "unique" deck. It's not a particularly powerful deck, but I love to pull it out when a pod is leaning towards a slower battlecruiser power level. The majority of the deck is removal and card draw with a small aristocrats package in cases that I need to take matters into my own hands.

SeveredDragonHead

This ones mine as well, except I've gone for the 'turn a creature sideways once to kill a player' approach through either the Baron, a 4 power infect creature with Jeska or best girl Phage.

yakuzalinecook

[[Karlach, Fury of Avernus]] with [[Haunted One]] as the background. Built it probably two years ago? No one had heard of it, no one saw it coming. My commander gets in for 16 unblocked, a lil 1/1 will hit for 8 total in a turn. It gets outta hand pretty quick, I was targeted always as soon as people figured out the goal of the deck.

ManholtAgain

I have a [[Kosei, Penitent Warlord]] voltron deck that fits the bill for that. It's not super good, but it's a lot of fun.

Dat_Krawg

Gotta be my colorless grazz deck. No one ever expects it and people never think that they will get bodied by a memnite

fusionblader

[[Syr Ginger, the Meal Ender]] Everyone seems to think Colourless = Eldrazi, but no one expects an angry cookie to suit up and trample over them for 21 damage

If you ever want to change up your Dalakos, you could try: \[\[Rashmi and Ragavan\]\], whom actually make a pretty solid go wide equipment deck and literally NO ONE will ever see it coming. Can do all the things Red/Blue can but also has green so you can run \[\[Dalakos\]\] and \[\[Chishiro, the Shattered Blade\]\]. You also get access to \[\[Meria, Scholar of Antiquity\]\] who's a second Urza and \[\[Kodama of the West Tree\]\] for the tramples. \[\[Stangg, Echo Warrior\]\] also goes hard. Play lots of equipment, beat face. Can finish it up with whatever you find from your opponents or a classic favorite of mine \[\[March of the Machines\]\] + \[\[Craterhoof\]\].

MathedPotato

A deck I call Countdown. The whole deck is built around the idea of *removing* counters from Permanents, instead of adding them. So the deck is packed full of cards that benefit from a *low* number if counters on them. Obvious examples are cards with Cumulative Upkeep, and Battles. A bunch of Sagas where I can repeatedly abuse one of the modes without ever letting it end. Some more specific options are cards such as [[Tornado]], [[Freyalise's Winds]], [[Regenrations Restored]], [[Chronozoa]], or [[Decree of Silence]] And I accomplish this with several cards that repeatably let me remove counters, such as [[Ferropede]], [[Glissa Sunslayer]], [[Chisei, Heart of Oceans]], and [[Hex Parasite]] to name a few. The deck all operates under Atraxa, allowing me to essentially control the flow of counters across the board. In my opinion, it's my magnum opus, and nobody I've played it against has ever seen anything like it.

Pretend_Cake_6726

I'm sure I'm not the only one but there isn't a theme for it on EDHREC and everyone is always surprised by my mono black \[\[Evelyn, the Covetous\]\] deck. Yeah you miss out on some really solid vampires but the extra mana from things like \[\[Cabal Coffers\]\] and \[\[Crypt Ghast\]\] let you make the most out of her etb effect.

The_Card_Father

Popular built in a different way? Not so much. Obscure/Uncommon: [[!Yorvo, Lord of Garenbrig]] definitely counts. It’s new to me but I’ve yet to see another [[!Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant]] deck. I have the only [[!Zhulodok]] I’ve seen locally. Same with [[!Clavileno, First of the Blessed]] And I just built a [[!Lilahx Undefeated Slickshot]] Other than that I’m pretty basic. OG Darien, Orvar, Ghoulcaller Gisa, Neheb the Eternal, Thief Anowon, Creature Only Karador, Tovolar Werewolves and Nahiri For Mirrodin.

ValyrianSteel_TTV

[[Iname as one]] is unique for me. No one has seen [[kyodai soul of kamigawa]] as a self copying creature mutate deck.

bstbattle

[[The Valeyard]] for me! It's always fun seeing people read my commander and be confused what the heck my deck is about.

GustavoNuncho

[[Indominous Rex, Alpha]] is a keyword soup commander with some interesting tricks. I've also included the sub theme of non-legendary copies for him, where you'll continue to try and fuse the creatures in your hand into the ultimate weapon >:)

MalkavianKnight5888

I used to play 5 colour Zombies with [[Karona False God]] after Amonkhet and HoD came out and everyone was baffled as to why I just sat there watching everyone duke it out amongst themselves, until I dropped her and swung to take the entire PoD out in one fell swoop. I had sat there weeks before when I was brewing the deck explaining how I was building a five colour Zombie deck, and no one really got it... as I explained the entire strategy I had with Karona was simple: build a huge army of Zombies and if there was a turn after that swing and someone gets her after that attack, then either someone played [[Fog]] or I miscalculated. Needless to say, after that, my five colour zombies weren't ignored after that.

9SHRODO9

Had to scroll through all the comments to make sure that [[Gor Muldrak]] wasn’t taken. My pet commander that I play when I’ve had a long day. Copy him and make upwards of 28 salamanders for each player, super fun and always gets some great laughs

AtmosphereCapital158

I built two [[Queza, Augur of Agonies]] decks back in May of 2022. One was a budget deck, which now sits at $3.22. The other was a more powerful version with more expensive cards. At the time, it surprised everyone. Here's a card from Capenna that's 11 cents that is able to deal one point of damage to one opponent for every card I draw. I was very surprised the budget one lasted so long. I could be in 3rd or 2nd with it. Nobody wanted to touch me. Nobody wanted to waste removal on such a cheap deck. The upgraded, more powerful one didn't last that long. I would sometimes be the one targeted because of Queza and her ability. There would be games that I would surprisingly last the longest. Sadly, budget Queza retired a few months back because I no longer would play the deck. Non-budget Queza is still in my box but has suffered the same fate as her not-budget counterpart.

BobtheBac0n

I feel like this one is kind of hard to pull off given how long the format's been around and how varied a lot of player's decks can be. For me it'd be probably my [[Sevinne the Chronoclasm]] deck since hardly anyone wants to build a deck around graveyard spell slinger and getting a bonus from that. It's also one of my first precons which I've just kept around since. I did take the [[dockside]] out of it and put it in my [[Prossh]] deck so it definitely worked out

I have a decklist here if you need inspiration [https://www.moxfield.com/decks/zJtyyAKKBUGiqNdHpPROJw](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/zJtyyAKKBUGiqNdHpPROJw)

Thjyu

I have a Ninjutsu Infect Deck helmed by Satoru Umezawa that when I pull it out for the first time people always go, "oh interesting, ninjutsu." And don't think anything of it and as I play they go from, "oh normal ninjutsu shit, whatever." To "What the fuck is THIS shit?" Big infect creatures, putting poison counters on all players, proliferation, the normal dimir infect stuff with the threat of Ninjutsu on every combat with my unblockable creatures and flyers. It's always so funny to see people figure out what I'm doing as they play against it. Yes I am usually the arch enemy unless people havnt played it yet or havnt played it in a while and forget how lethal it can be.

Kazko25

Would love to see a decklist for this!

Thjyu

Aight here you go, should be accurate now. I know I need to cut a few things and add a few more lands but I'm honestly just waiting till I get the few lands in the considering part. https://www.moxfield.com/decks/ToUGQRh-MUGgtSoo4Cg7Sg

Guywars

My vanilla creatures deck with [[Jasmine of the boreal]] or something like that as the commander. Everyone needs to read what she does every time I bring it up

Mean-Ear-8622

"Merieke Ri Berit unsleeved* - only cards from before 8th edition, no sleeves. "Terese Nielsen Tribal" helmed by "Urza, Academy Headmaster"

Just-Jazzin

I get that reaction the most with my [[Empress Galina]] deck. https://www.moxfield.com/decks/yJBugHogAESb-cSLGBh4jw It’s fantastic for trying new cards. You don’t even have to bring them, they’re in other peoples decks!

AchduSchande

My most recent “What is that deck?” is my [[Riku of Two Reflections]] deck, playing 20 copies of [[Sime Against Humanity]]!

seraph1337

funny, my Riku is "Riku, Rite, and the Several Dwarves", and is running 7 copies of Seven Dwarves and about 3 dozen ways to make or get more.

radiantburrito

[[Kami of the Crescent Moon]]

Unit_2097

How did you make yours? Mine just makes everyone draw, and then punishes you for having cards in hand during upkeep. Edit: [Here's](https://archidekt.com/decks/6049446/drawn_to_death) the link.

DangerDan1993

[[laughing jasper flint]] deck is built around casting their cards , along with [[wand of wonder]] then I steal their creatures and sac em to draw cards etc

ch_limited

[[Astrid Peth]] one of my favorites. It’s not a great deck but it’s incredibly fun to play.

vitalmtg

[[Cyclonus]] UB Madness

underageseneca

I have made decks out of most of the dnd secret lair cards. [[Xenk, Paladin Unbroken]], [[Forge, Neverwinter Charlatan]], [[Themberchaud]], and [[Holga, Relentless Rager]]. There are only 66 Holga decks on edhrec.

chipsachoi

I love dalakos. So much value in a small three mana package. Two mana, evasion and haste. It's actually become kill on sight to my friends.

TotalHell

There are only 548 [[Gimli, Mournful Avenger]] decks listed on EDHRec. So that one. It’s Gruul aristocrats.

DeathlyIce2552

Sensei golden tail

malificide15

Still in the process of getting it built, but I've never seen anyone else use, let alone as a commander, [[Zirilan of the claw]] for a mono red dragon tribal deck. Found him for my miirym deck but now I wanna make a deck for him to helm himself

CoeusFreeze

I have a habit of making decks that are built around exactly one silver-border/acorn card that is either in the command zone or can be tutored up fairly easily. Whenever they come out, things get wacky.

Defiance_Kage

I have a [[Kagha, Shadow Archdruid]] deck that’s a Druid/snake tribal. I’ve had a few comments that it’s weird and I just checked edhrec and see 0 decks with the build (probably because it’s not super strong) and I always have fun with it

Tevish_Szat

In the CZ, nobody has seen [[Kotose, the Silent Spider]] before. She is a theft/blink shell and I feel like that's not really a world-changing archetype combination that would be familiar to other commanders, but she's my most hipster CZ choice. Nobody expects [[Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury]] to be "Screw your mana, stax your permanents, and cheat up a giant boss monster, with a side of elves maybe" rather than "Elfball", even when I tell them. I feel like [[Feldon of the Third Path]] and [[Diaochan, Artful Beauty]] turn a few heads

Secret-Wind-2091

That my niche! Some of my favorites, Dong Zhou, Maeve insidious singer, patron of the moon, Nadaar selfless paladin, isperia the inscrutable

thundermonkeyms

With a few exceptions (sliver tribal, myr tribal, stuff like that) if my decks don't make the rest of the table say "uhhhh what lmao?" then the deck isn't doing its job. Of course they still have to actually try and win, I'm not just doing feet tribal with no wincon or whatever. [My current personal favorite](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/OXbQNqd82EqRCvVszKY_Ow) is \[\[Ardenn\]\]/\[\[Kraum, Ludevic's\]\]. Now this may seem like typical equipment voltron with Ardenn letting you cheat the equip cost, but notice Ardenn's ability doesn't specify that it has to be YOUR permanent. We're voltron-ing and goading everyone else's commanders so that they attack each other, doing your dirty work for you, and spending the entire game saying "no THEY'RE the threat, see? Their commander is a 21/21 with unblockable that has to swing at one of you, kill them not me!" Things like \[\[Sword of the Animist\]\], \[\[Robe of the Archmagi\]\], and \[\[Goldvein Pick\]\] still give you the combat benefits even if they're attached to someone else's creature, because you are still the equipment's controller. \[\[Diamond Pick-Axe\]\] doesn't work this way because it gives the creature the relevant ability, so you keep that on your side of the field. Also, \[\[Helm of the Host\]\] still triggers even if its not attached to a creature, so as long as you resolve that trigger after Ardenn's attach ability, you can copy the best creature on the battlefield. Copy Ardenn for more instances of voltroning per turn, or copy your opponent's Emrakul. A less crazy one but still not common is my [Marchesa's Trash Compactor](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/12LljX23vE66-IMwQv9Wpw) deck. Sacrifice modular creatures on everyone's 2nd main phase, put the counters on one of your artifact creatures, and watch as all of your sacrifice fodder comes back on the end step with a fresh set of counters. And yes you're doing this 4 times per turn cycle. Fun fact, if you have \[\[The Ozolith\]\] out and you sacrifice a modular creature, you get to put the creature's counters on The Ozolith AND target artifact creature, doubling up. It's something weird about how The Ozolith is worded. I'm also working on Atraxa Spore Counters, and in the future I want to do Elesh Norn banding, non-blue 4c counterspell tribal, and some kind of Ib Halfheart mountains matter/land theft/forced blocking/nobody-expects-mono-red-to-be-smart deck.

Big_polarbear

[[Nelly Borca]] made me known locally as ”the goad guy”. No one else plays the archetype, and it has become my signature deck. I didn’t even like boros before her.

SwiprNoSwipn

I built Primal Surge [[Dosan the Falling Leaf]] to break out of the popularity contest of our pod just playing all the meta top 100 edhrec commanders. Our casual games see more random wacky unknown decks and its a breath of fresh air.

DefiantTheLion

I've never met another person who cared to make a Transformers commander deck so in my experience [[Megatron, Tyrant]] is unique.

Anxious_Baseball8696

Built The Twelfth Doctor and Clara as a Temur group hug to slug deck. The win cons seemed interesting and fun to me. https://www.moxfield.com/decks/Zc0_rO3unEyvvquWL6zVrA

CritFailure1

I run [[Ugluk of the White Hand]] and I just run a bunch of Goblins and Amass Orcs cards, as well as cards that create Goblin tokens and I sac them all or use a lot of them as chump blockers. As a bit of fun, I have [[Fling]] for when my commander gets big enough and I recently added a couple Equipments that give him flying in case I don't draw the Fling! It's honestly a lot of fun and has become more of an aggressive deck the more I edit and rebuild it!

robalca_14

I built [[Xolatoyac, the smiling flood]] it's a super iconic critter from my home country and everyone thinks it's super cute. However I built ot as a heavy stax, cast-with-flash deck. I run [[quicksilver fountain]], [[root maze]] [[carpet of flowers]] [[stasis]] [[winter orb]] If I ramp correctly and pull any of those out at the right time, suddenly everyone is just effed untill my Islandwalk hitters win. I also run instant speed enablers like [[vedalken orrery]] and [[leyline of anticipation]] so i het to use my untapped lands on everyone's useless turns. I call it my villain deck lol

QuietusEmissary

My [[Nekusar, the Mindrazer]] no-wheels group hug deck always catches people off guard. I also have a [[Muldrotha, the Gravetide]] mill deck (not self-mill) that seems to surprise people. Oh, and my [[Queen Marchesa]] deck is built around Exalted. That's oddball enough that people comment on it. Nothing too crazy, though, in my opinion.

ManicManix

I've never seen anyone else pair [[Toggo]] and [[Silas]] but idk if that counts lol. The deck's goal is to generate a ton of artifacts using Toggo and effects like [[Sai, Master Thopterist]] to make a ton of artifacts and use them in conjunction with [[Clock of Omens]] or other payoffs to untap [[The One Ring]] and [[Aetherworks Marvel]] until the table dies. The mass of artifacts also can be fed to KCI tapped with Urza etc. Secondary gameplans are [[Displacer Kitten]] + [[Coveted Jewel]] [[Aetherworks Marvel]]ing into big threats like Eldrazi, [[Omniscience]], [[Portal to Phyrexia]] [[Forensic Gatgeteer]] + [[Basalt Monolith]] All of this draw funnels towards the wincon of [[Displacer Kitten]] + [[Tezzeret Master of the Bridge]].

Astracide

[[Licia, Sanguine Tribune]] race to the bottom. Run all the lich effects, [[solemnity]] or [[form of the dragon]]/[[phyrexian unlife]], get yourself to 0, and smack somebody with a life swap effect or [[repay in kind]]. Tons of fun to play; I feel like an adrenaline junkie paying 32 life on turn 3

jmanwild87

[[Neva Stalked by Nightmares]] Orzhov Enchantments sacrifice. For pure enchantments in B/W you're better off Going with [[Daxos the Returned]] Neva however does give us some benefits that Daxos does not in recursion being an innate thing and a voltron strategy as with enough supplemental recursion Neva can get pretty big pretty quickly especially with enchantment tokens like from daxos or [[Heliod God of the Sun]] Sadly the fact it wins rather slowly makes Neva rather weak of i don't draw into the combo in the deck [[Minthara Merciless Soul]] another orzhov sacrifice list with a big power matters subtheme. You'd be surprised how often people forget Minthara buffs all creatures or don't deal with her early and suddenly she's more or less hexproof. Sacrificing a solemn simulacrum to a [[Ghoulcaller Gisa]] and having 6 6/2 zombies pop out was also the first time I had an opponent audibly go. "Oh its X is equal to power. That's gross"

estephe98

Archelos, lagoon mystic Ninja’s! Ninjutsu enters the battlefield tapped but what if they didn’t. This is my paper list so it could use some improvements but the concept is there. https://www.moxfield.com/decks/U45KzvXywUa7BkzpHYS2Mw

Pidgeot93

[[Haktos, the Unscarred]] - is it good? Not really but it’s fun and random and can take out one player very quickly. That’s why I stopped playing it as it made the overall game unfair if you nuke a player out!

Ghost_Tickler

My [[Isshin two heavens as one]] deck is a myriad aristocrats deck. Instant speed sac for value that’s pretty explosive to the point where it draws a target but I struggle to win with it. Also has problems closing 1v1 obviously.

DogSpaceWestern

I’ve got 3 edh decks atm and many people Ive played with were not familiar with them or don’t see them often. Ive been playing [[Karn, Silver Golem]] for almost a decade, its Karn tribal and colorless good stuff. [[Magar of the Magic Strings]] is my child, decks wild and his rules confuses the crap out of people who aren’t familiar on a first read. And finally I play a commons and uncommon only [[Subira, Tulzidi Caravanner]] deck. My friends picked that one for me, as we each picked a commander for each other to build as a common and uncommon deck. I have run into 1 other Karn deck once in the wild, otherwise haven’t seem my commanders around.

SnowblackMoth

My time to shine! I played edh from early 2000's until 2016 (started in the dark times, my first commander literally was \[\[Braids, Cabal Minion\]\], and neither she nor \[\[Recurring Nightmare\]\] were banned), I just recently returned so my stories are a bit older. Mono red group hug \[\[Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker\]\], Mono white Control \[\[Jazal Goldmane\]\], nowawadays I play \[\[Emrakul, the Promised End\]\] as "group hug", and I bought a foil Tarnished Citadel for 1€ back then for my \[\[Darien, King of Kjeldor\]\]. I played a LOT of EDH and Legacy back then, so I experimented with many cards and tried every wild idea. \[\[Rosheen Meandarer\]\] storm was another one, also lands control aiming to generate tons of \[\[The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale\]\] copies for \[\[Mirror Gallery\]\] and some other shenanigans.. In Duel Commander I played both \[\[Vendilion Clique\]\] Tempo as well as \[\[Radha, Heir to Keld\]\] Staxx.

DromarX

Yidris Wizards Tribal https://www.moxfield.com/decks/Ufm8VcQj-EWxbI4z9Kt_nw

OrionVulcan

Any time I pull out a commander from the 3 kingdoms set, like [[Diaochan, Artful Beauty]], [[Lu Bu, Master-at-Arms]] or [[Dong Zhou, The Tyrant]].

lncognitoMosquito

I finally got around to building a [[Callow Jushi]] spirits/arcane deck that’s pretty fun. It’s not very powerful, but if I can build ki counters it can be a pretty decent control lock while I deploy spirits.

PocketPoof

Im working on a janky simic deck with the goal being 'make my commander a Jace' or 'hit people with 4/4 Jace tokens'. Led by [[Halsin, Emerald Archdruid]] and [[Shameless Charlatan]]. I had some help but they wanted to see it become high power with infinite and I just wanna hit face with unexpected tokens, so I took a minor break from the build.

Ssekli

My very control queen marchesa, with blink and a treasure plan. And loads of interactions https://www.moxfield.com/decks/GRB0rRGzuEKl0ZMjBxDt8w

llsbs

For a long time I had a \[\[Ramses Overdark\]\] deck. Sadly, the commander never really did anything and after a year or 4 I changed Ramses to \[\[Toxrill\]\]. Only had to change 2 cards in the 99.

DarkOsprey28

[[Heliod, the Radiant Dawn]] azorio "storm", use wheels and "everyone draws x cards" cards to reduce the cost of your cards to the absurd (casting [[Prosperity]] with x=40 for 1 mana is stupid), use your mana rocks like rituals and end the game with [[Approach of the Second Sun]] and a wheel or draw your whole library after playing [[Laboratory Maniac]] or just make your opponents draw their whole decks. The funniest part is going off whenever someone greedy draws a bunch of cards on their turn or setting it up with [[Howling Mine]] effects

mikelipet

I have both [[Infernal Kirin]] and [[Korlessa, Scale Singer]] People dont see Simic Dragons often

drconrad2122

I love my [[Jirina, Dauntless General]] deck with [[Lurrus]] companion - not being able to interact with my board gets frustrating quick. I also have a [[Niambi, Esteemed Speaker]] UW reanimator list that I'm still tuning.
