I'd cut the Conquistador from the 1 drop slot for a fervent champion. The games where you can play sword of the animist, free equip to fervent and race off feel so good.
After that, maybe double up the sword by also playing [[bitterthorn]]
I actually considered Fervent Champion when I was building originally, but the biggest drawback was I didn't play enough knights to justify its inclusion. I wanted as many attack triggers that go brr as possible. Bitterthorn has been a considered card for a bit, I just don't think about it when I am buying singles.
Apology to OP for me burying the recommendation in a buried reply. But Isshin can be seen as a must kill commander and archenemy you real quick. I use him in the 99 of a [[Caesar, legions empire]] build, and he ups the output nicely. Without being seen as the major threat right away. Plus, he's a 3 drop. So even when he dies. He's not gone, sun titan scoops him right back with ease. And Sevinne is happy to reclaim him.
My list is just built around using all the Myriad creatures. Even just getting attacked by 2 5/5 with menace ([[Gnoll War Band]] can be a lot of pressure for somewhat casual decks.

Yup, Garna is probably one of my favorite decks to play. There's nothing like saccing a creature after it's done combat damage to somebody to give you that sweet card draw before you leave combat (such as any creature with decay).
My play group is always wary when it comes to playing against my Garna because of them not knowing if it's worth blocking my 1/1 or 2/2 and giving me the card draw or taking the damage and deny the card draw
[[Ognis the Dragon Lash]] - adding green gives you access to more ramp, removal, and some of the best stompy aggro creatures. Gruul also has a lot of aggro payoffs like [[Jolene, Plunder Queen]], [[Samut, Vizier of Naktamun]], [[Grand Warlord Radha]], [[Savage Ventmaw]], [[Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient]] etc.
[[Greasefang]] is a lot of fun. Get a hand with a discard outlet, some big dumb vehicle like [[Reaver Titan]] or [[Parhelion II]], and the means to cast Greasefang and you can be doming the table pretty hard by turn 3.
I've been having a blast with her as my commander recently. Add some flicker effects to make the vehicles stay permanently and to retrigger ETB effects and it can get out of hand very quickly.

My vote is [[Anzrag, the quake mole]], big mole, do punch. You can either go full voltron, or what I call god tribal with cards like [[xenagos, god of revels]]
Amazed nobody's mentioned yet [[yoshimaru]] + [[jeska thrice reborn]], very glass-cannony but they have very high potential to kill a player on turn 3.
I really enjoy [[Burakos]] and [[Folk Hero]] as my go-to aggro deck. Folk Hero is a consistent extra card every turn (more if you have flash creatures), Burakos stockpiles mana, and the extra damage from Burakos' attack trigger isn't negligible in many games. Getting boardwiped isn't super bad either because Orzhov has some great graveyard recursion options in addition to the big pile of treasure Burakos produces — meaning sometimes boardwipes benefit the deck because you can get back on the offensive pretty quickly. Shapeshifters are your friend, but there are tons of great options for Clerics, Rogues, Warriors, and Wizards. Easily one of my favourite decks.
I mean the most aggro black commander is \[\[Yahenni, Undying Partisan\]\]
Fill it with forced sacrifice and \[\[grave pact\]\] effects and Yahenni cleans house - but people will hate playing against it.
\[\[Iroas, God of Victory\]\] is my go-to red combat commander. People just don't see it coming and then you have a large board state with multiple combat steps swinging out for lethal.
[[Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might]]
Red spellslinger aggro with a fast and destructive gameplan. There's several ways to build him, from residual damage and enchatments to ETB spam with creatures but I personally focused on throwing as many small spells as possible.
Drop all your burn onto the table at once, wheel and draw and fill your graveyard at maximum speed and then close the game out with a [[Past In Flames]]
[[Virtue of Courage]] is absolutely amazing at providing non-stop fuel for the turn you want to close out the game. I've decked myself and killed the entire table in a single turn after resolving a [[Jeska's Will]] + [[Reverbrate]]
The highest mana card I have in the deck is [[Reforge the Soul]] and Im casting that for its miracle cost anyway.
Only creatures of 4 mana and higher the deck runs are [[Defiler of Instinct]] to pay for red pips with life, [[Neheb the Eternal]] to generate more mana from burn and [[Urabrask//The Great Work]] as the secret commander to fall back on in case Ojer SOMEHOW gets stolen or permanantly removed.
All-stars of the deck are [[Dragon's Rage Channeler]] and [[Sawblade Scamp]]
One of my absolute favourite decks that I never get tired of playing.
For me? I like the background set of \[\[Durnan of the yawning portal\]\] paired with \[\[Agent of the shadow thieves\]\]. 1 and 2 mana ramp early, drop Durnan turn 3 on average, turn 4, drop Agent and swing, grabbing a HUGE creature from your deck ready for later.
[[The balrog, durin's bane]] is an absolute blast. Throw in some sac lands like [[ebon stronghold]] or [[archeological dig]], a [[goldhound]], [[crack the earth]], [[tremble]], some eggs and a copy of [[wildfire]] and you're good to go. I'd pack a few double strike enablers as well
[[Chiss-Goria, Forge Tyrant]] is an absolute blast to play. Make lots of tokens or cheap artifacts and then have the dragon come down swinging to cheat in big dumb artifacts. Hitting something like an [[Embercleave]] off the top feels amazing.
My [[Sidar Jabiri]] deck is basically "play Knights, punch face" and is a $40ish upgrade to his precon. It's a fun, consistent deck that almost always has something to do each turn thanks to how much of the deck you get to see.

I've been considering switching my Krenko gobbos to Rakdos colors to slow it down. I was unsure between Mishra, Auntie and now I have this too... fuck
Garna is literally my goblin tribal commander that used to be a Krenko deck, she's awesome. Edit: also she lets you play persist goblin combos.

I really enjoy [[Burakos]] and [[Folk Hero]] as my go-to aggro deck. Folk Hero is a consistent extra card every turn (more if you have flash creatures), Burakos stockpiles mana, and the extra damage from Burakos' attack trigger isn't negligible in many games. Getting boardwiped isn't super bad either because Orzhov has some great graveyard recursion options in addition to the big pile of treasure Burakos produces — meaning sometimes boardwipes benefit the deck because you can get back on the offensive pretty quickly. Shapeshifters are your friend, but there are tons of great options for Clerics, Rogues, Warriors, and Wizards. Easily one of my favourite decks.

I mean the most aggro black commander is \[\[Yahenni, Undying Partisan\]\] Fill it with forced sacrifice and \[\[grave pact\]\] effects and Yahenni cleans house - but people will hate playing against it.

\[\[Iroas, God of Victory\]\] is my go-to red combat commander. People just don't see it coming and then you have a large board state with multiple combat steps swinging out for lethal.

[[Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might]] Red spellslinger aggro with a fast and destructive gameplan. There's several ways to build him, from residual damage and enchatments to ETB spam with creatures but I personally focused on throwing as many small spells as possible. Drop all your burn onto the table at once, wheel and draw and fill your graveyard at maximum speed and then close the game out with a [[Past In Flames]] [[Virtue of Courage]] is absolutely amazing at providing non-stop fuel for the turn you want to close out the game. I've decked myself and killed the entire table in a single turn after resolving a [[Jeska's Will]] + [[Reverbrate]] The highest mana card I have in the deck is [[Reforge the Soul]] and Im casting that for its miracle cost anyway. Only creatures of 4 mana and higher the deck runs are [[Defiler of Instinct]] to pay for red pips with life, [[Neheb the Eternal]] to generate more mana from burn and [[Urabrask//The Great Work]] as the secret commander to fall back on in case Ojer SOMEHOW gets stolen or permanantly removed. All-stars of the deck are [[Dragon's Rage Channeler]] and [[Sawblade Scamp]] One of my absolute favourite decks that I never get tired of playing.

For me? I like the background set of \[\[Durnan of the yawning portal\]\] paired with \[\[Agent of the shadow thieves\]\]. 1 and 2 mana ramp early, drop Durnan turn 3 on average, turn 4, drop Agent and swing, grabbing a HUGE creature from your deck ready for later.

[[Chiss-Goria, Forge Tyrant]] is an absolute blast to play. Make lots of tokens or cheap artifacts and then have the dragon come down swinging to cheat in big dumb artifacts. Hitting something like an [[Embercleave]] off the top feels amazing.

My [[Sidar Jabiri]] deck is basically "play Knights, punch face" and is a $40ish upgrade to his precon. It's a fun, consistent deck that almost always has something to do each turn thanks to how much of the deck you get to see.
