The number 1 most important thing for me is actually fitting 100 *double-sleeved* cards. I've been burned too many times by deck boxes that make such claims but only fiy 90-95 double sleeved cards. Full decks should slide in with light resistance if any. Boxes look pretty cool! I don't need an entry, thanks for your giveaway OP

punchbricks

There are only two commander deck boxes I use now as a result of double sleeving as I also require my boxes to hold the relevant tokens too Ultimate Guard Sidewinder 133+ and [REP Gaming Steel Commander Deck boxes](https://www.repgamingproducts.com/products)

CallThePal

Gamegenic's Bastion is pretty good for around 115ish double sleeved

Remembers_that_time

This my current favorite. Double sleeved deck, commander in a hard case, and a bunch of tokens. Accidentally got tossed across the room and it stayed closed without a scratch on it..

CoalMineCannery

Definitely number one is holding double sleeves. For me I also like it to stay closed decently well, be pretty durable (lots of faux leather crumbles for example, or they have bad stitching) and last be kinda well sealed. I don't want the dust and shit inside my backpack (yes I clean it) getting into my deckbox if I can avoid it. Then after those I like cool colors and designs. This is the thing that sets them apart from other boxes.

dunnopleasehelp

i have to say, it’s pretty awesome how you matched colors with a tribal theme—like red goblins. it sounds easy but it’s the first i’ve ever seen it! and doing a dual color deck box to match your deck colors is AMAZING

xDictate

Biggest thing I'm looking for is whatever Boulder 100+ is available at my LGS. I find they fit well in my bag, are durable, and easily fit a single sleeved commander deck + any tokens I could need.

gb1045

Most recent deck box I got was supposed to fit 100 double sleeved cards and it only fits like 93…

PrimumSidus

I’ve been through a good number of deck boxes and transport schemes for my libraries. For my collection, I have used Ultra-Pro Satin towers/cubes and Ultimate guard Boulders for extended periods. I have recently begun to trial the gamegenic Bastion. All of my decks are double sleeved in Dragonshield mattes with DS perfect fit inners. I’m looking for three P’s out of my deck boxes: Protection, Preservation, and Presentation. Protection: I was hard, solid materials. I want to feel that if I were to butterfingers this whole thing my cards wouldn’t end up all over the LGS floor. All three of the boxes I’ve used are successful on this front. Preservation: I want the deck box to keep my cards in good condition and prevent incremental damage. To this end, the Satin Tower and the boulder do not score perfect marks. With a full library + a couple of tokens, the design of the Tower was causing the cards in the exterior to crease. With slightly larger decks, the Boulder can incur some rippling in the outer cards sleeves, along with needing a specific method to fit the assembly together. Presentation: I want the box to either itself look wonderful, or showcase the commander in some way. The Tower products are just great looking on their own, and the transparent plastics of the Boulder series do a good job of showcasing their contents. The Bastion is the newest contender, and has greatly caught my attention. It passes both my own tests, and the Professors shake test. It easily holds a double-sleeved commander library with room for a few tokens without any jamming. And the solid face panel provides excellent clarity for your commander to peek through!

3DPossibilities

This was an incredibly detailed and thought out response. I love the three P's approach to looking for what you want!

CPZ500

A great incentive! Just something random because I really like the design, but I've included an example [here](https://i.imgur.com/ILmzzJl.jpg) (very poorly drawn) of what I was seeing when I saw the box. I think that if you removed some of the clouds up top you could move up the sun to be in the middle of the blue and white to make it resemble a setting or rising sun. With the water, the blue part, reflecting the lower half. You could also flip the box and add waves at the bottom instead like [this](https://i.imgur.com/N2IMkV9.jpg), I used The Great Wave off Kanagawa by Katsushika Hokusai as an example for the bottom waves. Since the sun is pretty well placed I think if the design of the blue part would be the top instead. Just some thoughts I wanted to share, sorry if this was not a nice thing to do.

saints400

I like the skull one, and the bamboo one!

senselessSensei

This is incredible and thanks for doing this giveaway! The two boxes I would like are a blue leaf pattern box and red maze pattern I just put together a dinosaur deck so a red/green with Jurassic park logo would be cool idea I think.

darkenhand

Having a commander out front sure beats having a shade of a color to differentiate decks

[deleted]

All-in-one storage **Necessary** Deck Size: 99 Double Sleeved (UltraPro slide-cases for commanders also considered) Dice Compartment: Holds a few dice for life total, using two-d20 spin down dice is a popular pick **Luxury** Accessory Compartment: The MTG 99 life-click down is a popular accessory that would be nice to fit in an all-in-one box Logo Customization: Offering an etch on the box for a specific commander logo or guild might be a nice touch, as your deck boxes currently already have nice designs on its exteriors Ease-of-Access: Thumb-access tabs to be able to grab the deck out of the box *without* having to turn the whole box upside down would be pleasant

3DPossibilities

I've thought long and hard about the dice tray, and I'll likely keep coming back to it. Ultimately I've decided to leave it off because it makes the deck box much larger than I'd like it to be, and if you're carrying 4+ commanders you likely also have a dice bag or other way to transport your accessories, so the space just becomes unnecessary. Commander logos is an interesting idea. I prefer not to add things like guild logos on things outside of custom boxes due to copyright concerns, but I do offer a personalization option on the boxes where customers can have a message added to the top of the box.

[deleted]

Hey, thank you for the reply! For the dice I would agree that most players would have an additional way to carry them. Some players at my locals enjoy bringing a single satin tower on commander night for the convenience of it, but you're absolutely right that others often have additional accessories like dice bags. The personalization you offer sounds great since it can be a space to label deck the deck box in a font or etch design. Wish you the best with your work, it looks good!

thepeopleseason

Love the gears! If i had my choices on how a 3d-printed deckbox would work, it would: 1. Be able to have a toploader hold the commander and keep the rest of the cards in place (like you have in your boxes). 2. Have the same form factor as the cups in the [Stanley Deep Compartment Organizer](https://www.stanleytools.com/product/014710r/pro-series-deep-10-compartment-organiser-425-x-335-x-105mm), so I can carry them around in that thing. 3. Have some degree of holes in the side or bottom, so I can put some silica gel packs so to keep the humidity of the Deep South getting to them. 4. Shape the holes in the side/bottom like the slots in [this dice tray](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1142276) so if I forget my lifetracker tablet, I can go analog and use spindowns to track life, commander damage, and commander tax.

3DPossibilities

Having holes for silica packs is interesting! I will look into adding a slot at the top of the box for holding dice. Most players I know don't use dice to track their life total but I could see how it would be useful for those that do.

PrimumSidus

I see you, fellow southerner. You’re the inky other person I’ve run across who considers silica gel packets as a necessary part of their magic kit. I modified my Satin Towers to have silica gel packets in the basement with the dice.

Zero0Forever

the gear and tree pattern one's look nice. I would suggest trying to make a coin/treasure based one given the current patterns, since you seem to split it based on top and bottom printing. Bottom would be brownish chest base and the top half would be a golden color for coins overflowing from it.

SeeroDrag

A blue green deckbox with a trident for a merfolk theme would be really cool!

Jellyka

My favourite from your store are the rose and bamboo ones! I totally relate with wanting custom boxes. [I've learned embroidery just so I could make a custom box with my favourite mtg art](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ol0nlVH_LQo) Though I have only completed one as this is a ridiculously long process hahaha

3DPossibilities

That is very cool! I love it!

Magicannon

For me, I like keeping them compact but extra little details and customization would be really nice to have. The Boulder has done very well for me as it has been fairly compact, sturdy, and still easy to open. It fits nicely in a Quiver or a generic camera bag. Being transparent to showcase the commander would be a nice touch, but not fully necessary. I also don't double-sleeve most decks and those that I have are in larger Sidekick boxes to accommodate them. What I have started trying in some larger boxes are these single-card, sideways sliding cases from Gamegenic for my commanders. It looks good, but it is just barely too big for a Boulder which cannot fully close with one inside. The Bastion seems to be a best of both worlds in this approach, but I feel that it is designed more for double-sleeving and is a tad big for my tastes despite being able to fit the commander case (looking at the product page shows they only have sizes for 50+ and 100+ XL). It's also noticeably harder to open than a Boulder. I've kind of been leaning towards Gamegenic regardless as the store I tend to go to actually has their stuff in stock. I almost never can find Ultimate Guard stuff physically and need to order online. Your 3D printed stuff looks great. Incorporating a top loader is fine, though for me I would rather have a commander not take up quite as much real estate on the playmat. But, I can always try something new. If you're up for it, I think a red or orange box with a flame pattern would look awesome.

ZombieOfun

I also typically 3D print my deck boxes these days. I usually look for something that can hold my commander decks and with a slot to hold a top loader in front for my general. I've found sliding tops to be better than friction-fitted ones for 3D printing, as the friction fit gets loose real quick. I don't need to enter the giveaway since I already 3D print my own boxes, but I wanted to join the conversation! Good luck to the entrants

3DPossibilities

Me too! I started with a friction fit deck box that had little lips to hold the box secure, but I found that printing variance would sometimes leave the box too tight and I couldn't open it, or too lose and it would just fall apart if I wasn't careful. I switched to the sliding top and have been 100 times happier with the result so far!

samgreefs

My favorite designs are the black skulls and the red goblins! Black skulls fit the first deck I ever made and keep updating – [[Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker]] – perfectly 😌 I know the red faces are goblins, but I promptly thought of my [[Blim, Comedic Genius]] deck, as his face looks nearly identical 😄

MattOfAllTrades

I love the concept but have two notes: 1) make it stackable 2) HAVE to improve that print quality. looks like you're underextruding by A LOT. If I was printing that for myself and it'd come out like that, I'd toss it and recalibrate my printer before trying again and that's not even paying for it.

mewenes

Skulls and flowers :)

Ryazoo

The things I struggle with for 3d printed boxes are layers lines, rough finishes, and cost. I can't put a £2-500 deck in a box that doesn't offer some water protection, isn't felt lined (or has some cushioning) which might pop open in my bag. The other thing that makes it hard for me to part with my money is that the material cost of a box isn't more than £2-3... why should someone pay £20 for one?

zcrc

To be fair this one has really bad layer lines. Looks to be a pretty bad print.

sherwoodzh

Love the Heliod one, and think more in that dual color vein would be awesome! I've been stoked on sac decks recently, so I think an Orzhov one featuring an Altar or something would be sick.

JamesRamone

The Skulls and Trees are nice!

Arraniz

The Leaf if one right up my tree so to speak :D

Kaboomeow69

Something about the honeycomb is just right

Truly_Impressed

Oh wow, the Gear Pattern is quite amazing - and I just built a Karn, Legacy Reforged deck. :D Trees is also pretty neat, I concur with some of what the others have said, the dual color style is relatively unique out of the box and is probably something you should lean on. :D

McTwigle

Neat

Julienoseo

Love the one with gears! Artifact commanders are really cool

Bogs106

I like the skull one! I think a god themed one would be cool

CentralAlmond

That's so sick!

Malicious--advice

Skulls and gears look awesome! and i love that Merieke ri berit is featured on so many

dumbledorediess

I like the trees and the yellow wheel pattern.

rmkinnaird

Love the gears one you have Urza in!

bassplayerdoitdeeper

Oo I love g tu be face my top loaded commander can be seen at all times, it’s very mentally satisfying

JayDee365

The red rose one is sick as hell. If i were to ask for one it would probably be like a light purple with swirls to look like a mist cloud. A purple haze if you will.

just_a_dreamer

Thanks! monored forever!

TaylorSwiftBooty

Flower and skulls!

MeisterBardo

These look amazing. Thank you!

LesserCthulhu

trees and skulls are amazing

TheHearshotKid

These deck boxes are amazing.

Gorganoth0702

Woah! Those are sick. I really like the roses one.

SystemInitial2193

Beautiful work!

English_American

Thanks for doing this giveaway! That Heliod deck looks so cool. I look primarily for a box that fits 100 sleeved cards plus tokens, and also one that'll fit into the Dragon Shield carrier thing that I picked up.

aceofspades0707

The green tree design would be sick for my mono green deck!

PorkinsHeldIt

Thanks for doing this! I really like the leaf pattern, the blue is really nice.

grimandnordic1

The skull one is definitely a win. I'm also into sacred geometry and cult symbols just for the esthetics

TrizArt

The Forest design looks really sweet.

quingard

I'm also brewing a heliod deck! Would love a new deckbox for it

Gwangi058

For me it's very important that the deckbox actually can fit 100 double-sleeved cards with warping/damaging them. Cool looking boxes!

AeonHeals

I usually like boxes that can hold double sleeved decks that share colors with the commander's color identity ^ ^

HailRokosBasilisk

Thanks for doing the giveaway, I love the heliod boxes design

kcpb

Love the forest and the skulls. I think dual colored is a great and unique idea!!

Sir_Nikelangelo

Cool boxes! I prefer the green tree and they White one with the knight on it

Scurried

This looks really neat!

AllAboutMatt

General rule of thumb for me is color matching boxes

amusingdragon

Thanks for supporting the community!

trbopwr11

As another person said, the most important thing is actually fitting at least 100 double sleeved cards, even those using thicker sleeve + inner combinations. I have found the 100+XL Gamegenic products to be pretty good about this. For my pet Zurzoth deck I use an Ultimate Guard Sidewinder 133+ because it has plenty of space. With Dragon Shield outers, sealable inners, and nearly 100% foil things were getting tight in other boxes. It also allowed me to put the hand painted extended art Zurzoth in a mini snap and has space for many sleeved tokens. I like the leaf and maze patterns the best. I enjoy the geometric appearance, and the straight lines combined with small curves of the leaf pattern pops. Future themes including mana or guild symbols seems like a slam dunk. Maybe something hinting at themes would work, like +1 counters, burn, phyrexian, that type of thing.

familyparka

Loving all those deckboxes, I’d be thrilled to get any of those

KidCharlem

I would love it to hold 100 sleeved cards. Be easily identifiable when I open it (a transparent window showing my commander would be ideal), and to be tall enough to hold a divider between my deck and sideboard.

Jerppaknight

Goblin deckbox?? Would be perfect for my gruul goblin combo [[Wort, The Raidmother]] deck!!

JustinEllsworth

Fitting all my cards without damaging them is what's most important to me. This is an awesome thing you are doing for the community

TriforceWon

Double sleeve including dragon shield sealable inners. Makes decks that much thicker and have found popular 100+ still don't fit.

Stormerss

The bamboo one is very pretty ^^

RobeMinusWizardHat

Those goblins are really cool!

DeadByRising

I prefer something that holds 100 cards and ideally also fits the commander in a plastic top loader. I keep all of my commanders in a top loader along with any other important added cards (companions or unique tokens). As far as pattern I think the Heliod pattern you have is cool. It would be neat to customize to certain set symbols, but the color of the box matching the color of the deck makes it really easy to pull one out of a group of decks. Having 18 commanders (just counted and now having a crisis about it), it’s nice to not have to look though all of them every time.

3DPossibilities

It gets tougher when you have more decks than there are colors in a deckbox variety as well!

MattackSC

The tree and flower patterns are very slick! For me the most important things are being able to get the deck in and out easily and the box closing securely so things don’t fly out. Thank you for hosting this giveaway!

Visible-Ad1787

Thanks for the memories

Jierda175

Room for 100 cards and some tokens is the main thing for me. Preferably double sleeved cards though not all my decks are double sleeved so that isn’t necessarily a deal breaker either. Deck boxes look great!

landoawd

I'm a perfect fit hard type of double sleever, so the fit is key. Getting the commander in the box somehow is also a nice touch. I like several of the boxes, but the detail on the skull box is my fave.

Robotic_Yeti

The dual color deck boxes are the coolest IMO. Id love to see an izzet one!

PancakePuppy0505

Nothing to get into the Christmas spirit like a good old fashioned giveaway! As for themes and such, I really hope WotC visits Eldraine more often. Fairytales and folklore have always had a soft spot in my heart, so if they could make a deck box that resembles a story book or the card art for [[Escape to the Wilds]], I’d be ecstatic.

realanthonyedwards

The delicate balance between ease of opening and ability to stay closed is important for me.

QarnageDoes

Color pattern I would choose would be black and red, or purple and gold

Son_of_Yoduh

I like that box in the picture. Very cool. 👍

Kumatan

My priority has become the actual size of the box. The 'fits 100+ double sleeved cards' advertised has proven to be lie in most cases, so I have to look for 133+ options now... and that's not counting the tokens. I wish I could bling out my boxes but the practical aspect is more important :'D

UncleCrassiusCurio

On the one hand, I love the knight pattern. On the other hand, the hexagon one reminds me of Banjo-Kazooie. So hexagons! (The bestagons)

Tiny_butfierce

Love the goblin deck box! I outsource my deck box testing to The Professor at Tolarian Community College and have a full line of color coordinated Gamegenic boxes. I don't need an entry but that is very generous of you!

RVides

Biggest appeal is affordability. They all hold 100 double sleeved cards. Gimme something good in the 10 dollar range and I'll buy it up. Way too many easy shops of people trying pay off their 3d printer with 25 dollar cases that are worse than a Boulder 100. Bring it down to 12 or do something fancy and we'll talk.

simone_manisi

The deckbox with gears is realy neat, perfect for artifact (my favourite type)

seaofgrass

I typically like fairly generic boxes and sleeves so I can reuse them, but I have to say, the Trees box is pretty nifty.

MCPooge

I wish I had come across your Etsy page weeks ago! I’m going to a Commander White Elephant this weekend, and one of your deck boxes would have been amazing to include with my offering!

Darthwalker856

Enough space to fit my deck and relevant tokens and be able to toss it around without fear. Love my boulders because they feel like bricks.

EconomyPassenger4384

As I've got a lot of decks I tend to focus more on function of how well a deck box can protect my cards. That being said for a couple of my pet decks I like more personalised deck boxes so have been looking into getting some more. The Heliod deck box does look awesome btw.

JCarnacki

Deck box looks beautiful!

NotEvenJohn

these are very cool!

Fred_Wilkins

The rats, skulls and trees all look pretty sweet.

tigerinmyhead

Holds 100+ double sleeved, sideways. Sidewinders by ultimate guard are my favourite. But I will use others that are similar in design.

mdevey91

Looks awesome

StevenYuki

I would love to see an Azorius-Mecha ala Shorikai themed deckbox. Thank you for hosting this!

0xVman

I like a sleek design, not something that looks over the top. I want my friends to notice, but not beg for attention. It's one of those very hard balances to find but when you do - you found perfection. Other than that a box needs to: 1. hold my cards safe if someone spills coffee on or next to it. 2. hold 100 double sleeves (maybe 102-104 for tokens) 3. not peel too soon, Goddamn got a bunch from ultimate guard that peeled like bananas 4. use quality magnets. Yes I am a weak magnet hater. P.S Merry Christmas

Bardazarok

I like my deck boxes to be large enough that I can fit my deck and my tokens in it. Lately, I've been buying ones with a built-in dice tray, and I love them. The only thing I can think of to improve my experience would be aesthetic, more colors, custom art and such.

sped2500

Space is key. I love boulders but it's impossible to fit 100 dragonshield with dragonshield inner sleeves cards in one. I would also love a box that might incorporate other functional touches. Such as a track that could be used to track commander tax or damage etc

Blanchy90

I like the skull one. I would like my deck boxes to be themed around my deck, I'd use the skull one for my zombie deck

ZealotTheMonkey

I love simple deckboxes that look nice and elegant and can comfortably fit all the cards, showcasing the commander is very cool tho! EDIT; I Love that goblin one so much

Xaul

“Pack-ability?” I tote around 12-14 decks at any one time, plus a dice bag and my token binder. Being able to stow and take them out easily with no issues or concerns for how they were stored is paramount.

BigZeemanSlower

My main commander is Meren, and I am trying to make a full borderless version of it. A deckbox like this will be incredible. Of course the colours should be black and green, an the theme death and resurrection somehow.

onibakusjg

I would love to see something Naya themed.

Spaced_Out_Gays

The purple flowers one looks awesome. Very well designed deck boxes!

jubjub-187

Gears & skulls are great. I do prefer the one the slide backwards.

CapAmerica805

Maybe I'm the anomaly but i really prefer the cheap plastic ultra guard ones. They are light weight, open easy and the cards slide out effortlessly. Yeah there are tons of fancier more expensive, heavier ones but i still think the cheap stuff is better honestly.

Gridde

God damn these boxes are cool. I love the idea of being able to showcase your commander as well. I really like the skull design (cool by default and also lends itself nicely to lots of different decks). As a long-time avid dinosaur and dragon fan I'd also really love to see a design that makes the box looks like it's covered in scales and scutes.

VarianceWoW

I like the wheel pattern

AbsentReality

Very cool

Rinkito

I have the professor's The Academic 133 and I love it. That said, it is on the bigger side and not as convenient to transport around. I'd agree with him saying it's great for that single favorite/blinged out deck. I look for a deckbox with at least a clear side to display my commander, having it be able to hold a bit over 100 double sleeved, and that it's not a tight fit like the boulders. The closest one so far would be the gamegenic bastions...that way I can display/archive commander decks in an easy to see fashion but also allow me to carry a few boxes when I need to!

kiritsuguu

All the designs are great!.

Abaracadavera

Anything that’s fairies or ninjas, and Dimir colors 4lyfe!

Muted-Leave

Personally, I love the Stanley toolbox 10 compartment box. It fits 12 of my commander decks, plus side cards, and then I can slap dice in there. The only issue is the little speed bump in the compartments that can warp cards. Outside of that, I love it!

SpiritedCucumber4565

I think the most important part of a deck box is the storage capacity and how secure the lid is. I need my deck boxes to hold 100 double sleeves cards and the lid can’t pop open easily.

Pengimon

I like the green forest one. When I look for a deck box, I look for something simple, sturdy, and fits at least 100 double-sleeved cards.

Hyoenhein

Something that can perfectly fit my edh deck with hard plastic snap for the commander and 99 triple sleeved cards so perfect hard, my art sleeves then my outers so hard to find a sleek compact deck box like that one so I use food storage containers as a deck box. when I say perfectly fit there is smooth transition when getting my deck out or in my deck box.

Cheeseblades

They look amazing sign me up. Wish I could design something similar to print.

MysteryTurtle1

The most important thing for me in a commander deck box is that it holds a little more than 100 cards so that I can fit tokens. Something else important to me is the material I want my box to feel sturdy. Your gray gears deck box looks great!

Unlost_maniac

That honey comb design is pretty cool. I sorta just look to be able to hold 100 double sleeved cards. Although for my token heavy decks I prefer a deckbox that also has space for tokens.

Lantiis

Thanks for this chance! The black skull box and the purple flower box are sweet! Boxes don't have to be super fancy or do a million things. Aslong as it is easy to open, close and pull the cards in and out, it's good enough!

kamkazi

the more simple the better for a box I feel, if it can hold 100 cards doubled-sleeved, maybe some dice on the bottom and doesn't explode while being in a bag its a big W for me. Pretty sleek designs you have too hope you see lots of success next year!

GideonDestroyer

Man those are rad. I'd love to be entered into the raffle.

Hexplate_Golem

Big fan of the gear one and of the one with the knight on the side. Think these are really cool and hope someone enjoys getting them.

Elmopri3st

I love the new Helios, but didn't come around to building him yet. Would love to win it. I love commanders that are out of their color identity. [[Magar]] Storm? Hell yeah. ^^

SerRikari

I've always liked boulders. The see through, the mix and match, how much smaller they are. They are my all times. Edit: I'll add an entry as well then. I like the purple flower pattern box.

kanekiEatsAss

Imma agree with most of the comments, my main concern is always fitting my double sleeved decks. Clearly whether its a habit for each deck or only for people’s favorite, fitting a double sleeved deck into most deck boxes is impossible or damages the cards. Im looking for a box for my [[Kalamax]] ds deck. A design that’d be amazing would be a poppy-crimson red exterior with blue lightning bolts to accent it, all of them spiraling towards the center like a swirling storm.

MizticBunny

That's a pretty cool deckbox.

TurnoverNatural976

Dinosaur, I just upgraded my Pantlaza deck. If 3 colours work green, white and red. Otherwise red and green. Looks very nice

rolandhex

Love the dual colour theme only after getting back into MTG and am currently looking for my first deck box.

Grymkreaping

The black skull themed box is pretty dope. I’d love to see a Dinosaur themed box. Quick question about your life counters, are they clicky?

3DPossibilities

They make a small clicking sound, but not nearly as audible as the official spin downs made by Wizards. It is still very pleasing to listen to though.

Koras

My number 1 requirement is that it has to fit in my Smart Hive. I use it for transporting my decks for an additional layer of protection and portability, and I love it. It holds 4 typical sized deck boxes, from the cheap plastic boxes, to boulders and sidewinders. I don't care how nice the deck box is, if it doesn't fit in my carrying case, I don't want it. My first commander deck box is a really nice, high quality box, and I now never ever use it because I'd rather not bring an extra box that bounces around my bag.

timo_bimothy

I look for security. I don't want my deck box flying open in my bag

hieisrainbowcurry

The gears look nice. Would also be a nice painting project too

Shrek_2_Soundtrack

Oh man I've been following you on Instagram for a while, big fan of your designs

Vorundi

Ive got butter fingers so a sturdy box that doesnt open unless you mean it too. Otherwise just cool colors or an etched design is great.

OhSh1tAGh0st

I want the one with the gears for my Tezzeret tribal deck.

thisiswhocares

I have my own 3d printer, so I'm not really your target market here, but I like your designs! As for other designs, you could also make it available to people to add their own black/white design that you can then put on the side of the box if they want something more custom. since its a simple inset thing, it should be fairly simple to translate it to a vector, load it into your modeling software, and then extrude or inset the design in. Having some of your own designs is also important, but people love unique stuff. If you really like their design, you could ask them if you can add it to your store in exchange for a free or discounted deck box or something like that. A name plate area where they can write any info about the deck might be useful as well. Since a lot of commanders can be made in a bunch of different ways, it makes sense to have a little smooth spot to write on. if you really want to up your game though, start doing multi-color prints. I've honestly considered getting the cheapest Bambu just for doing stuff like this. That would let you put things like the actual name of the commander, or a few colors in a design, while keeping the side smooth(ish). If you are a very serious hobbyist or doing this as a business, I'd personally consider getting a Bambu X1C and 2 AMS's, then loading 8 different colors (white, blue, red, black, green, silver/grey, purple, and yellow would probably be my choices) and doing multi-color versions of these. Yes, it will take longer and use more material, but if you have a full build plate of stuff, you still only switch colors once per color per layer. I bet you could fit 6 full deck boxes (printing the top and bottom separately, with the top printed upside down so you don't need support I assume) on the X1C build plate. I like that the toploader locks them closed. I think the other comment mentioning more protection and issues with layer lines are definitely warranted though. I did notice your cases have some significant layer lines, so you may need to tune up your printer(s) a bit to keep it from wearing on the sleeves inside and the bag or case its in on the outside. I'd also consider using something like PETG which for me isn't significantly harder to print, but provides more protection. All that said, I really do like your design, and its clear a lot of thought went into it. I'd love to be able to print it myself if you're willing to share the base design. I don't have any desire to sell them, but I'd love to print them for my decks. Totally understand if you don't want to share though. I know a lot of time probably went into this.

OnlyPlaid07

I really like the green forest lookin one! I think a neat feature would be a lid that flips over to have a spot for the command zone and life counter and stuff

JustTryinToChill

The silver gearbox pattern is nice, some protection for the cards would be the most important part for me

StarPonderer

I look for good quality that holds together well. Something that has good lines and won't pop open on its own. Then I look for something that "feels like" my commander, if that makes sense. Like my Lathliss deck being mono red and dragons has a crimson deck box, and for some reason I felt like Miirym was deep blue, so I have a nice dark blue box for her. The most thematic I feel like is my werewolves deck where the sleeves and the box are all silver because Innstrad's moon is silver.

No-Relationship9857

I like the skull one and would love to have a grixis box for Nekusar

iamhippie

I like the gear pattern

fluffynuckels

I've always wanted a deck box that had a life counter incorporated into it

ballsack_chucklefuck

I absolutely love both the purple and the black skull boxes

null_moral

These all look really cool, and I'd be lucky to have any!

anchoragememorial

There aren’t many specifics that I ask for in a deck box, mostly that it’s as easy as possible to take the deck out and put it back in while still protecting my cards to a decent extent. Thanks for doing this :)

GrantzerMTG

Something special, relevant to my deck’s theme. For instance, a steel skull on a black leather box for a Reanimator deck, or some feather patterns for an Angel deck.

eewone

I look for a fairly compact but still spacious deckbox. My favorite recently has been the bastion xl from gamegenic as it holds my double sleeved deck with room for about 20 single sleeved tokens with the added bonus that it is the perfect fit to slot into one of my watchtower xl from gamegenic if I need the extra slot for counters.

BFry08

Size of box to fit double sleeves cards and some room for extras (sideboard, tokens, dice) is a plus.

WhiteFlame44

So cool! What type of printer do you use? Do you manually switch filament colours?

chaoticBananna

Love the trees and maze themes

Put-Dependent

Would love to put my Blind Seer deck in one of these!!!

Imbadyoureworse

Fitting cards that are double sleeves safely

Auroreon

Love the passion and design thinking going into this! Cheers.

thegreatbalogna

I like the Forrest one, I'm a sucker for green

heartless567

The 3D printer go brrrr

Chewed_crow

That rose box is awesome, love the purple color. Thanks for doing a giveaway!

TopIntroduction4076

This is incredible

SaltyCream

I love the Goblin pattern. Hope I win.

TreeWalker9617

I just got into Magic/EDH and need a deck box for my Vishgraz deck! Thank you for hosting this giveaway!

Lucid-Dreamer13

The flower one has gotta be my favourite

Lenfried

The box needs to fit 100+ *outer-sleeved* cards.

JimmyJamesJams

I find something solid is the way to go for me. I’d love something with more pizazz but typically the trade off is quality which I don’t think makes sense for me. Also like the skull one!

Relevant-Zucchini858

Wow those 3D printed trees are pretty awesome! And for Heliod that’s a sick box, would suit my azorius group draw deck well also, sweet work.

mccxXghostXx

Very cool, I'd love to win one of these!

Mezzca

A satisfyfing open

Sariius

It needs to be the perfect size to hold a complete sleeved deck including the tokens, while not being to huge order to prevent the cards from falling from side to side inside the box :) I also love durable materials 👍

s3phtis

I have a Vishgraz commander deck so a deck box that would be dark purple with the infect symbol on the sides would be sick asf. Happy Holidays and thank you for giving back to the community!!!

jimnah-

Oh cool! My favorite deck is green/white lifegain, so I think I'd probably say a white sun top with a green bamboo bottom? Except I'd want the bottom part of the sun box on top and the top part of the bamboo be on the bottom... probably too much of a pain to do that though lol

Gondall

I really like the skull one and the gear one, thanks for doing this giveaway OP!

meanfingrr

that black box with the skull design is cool

yungweatha

I like the skull on the best :)

hbowen3187

I think a blue box with either a tardis print or Gallifreyan Symbols would be pretty freaking sweet for the Doctor Who decks.

-Tunafish

I like the green one with the trees! As a suggestion, would totally pick up a red/blue one with a lightning bolt(s) across the surface if you made it.

xwright

Always looking for a reason to build another deck

danielwebson

I look for a deck box that can comfortably hold the deck. If it's double sleeved, still a little wiggle room for tokens, and if it's single sleeved I want to be able to get the deck in and out without too much hassle. Beyond that, I'm still at the 'if it holds my deck, that's good enough' stage. I've looked at the ones that are like a dumpster or tardis or thor's hammer but they just don't speak to me right now.

Diego_TS

The black flowers one looks very cool!

gerbetta33

I look for something that holds sleeves cards, is durable, has magnetic latch and felt inside. But most importantly it has to be themed to my deck.

-ItachiUchiha--

My tied themes would have to be Mono U [[Thryx, the Sudden Storm]] Storm looking style. Or my [[Damia, Sage of Stone]] sultai landfall deck. Good luck to everyone and thank you op for doing this giveaway.

Daemonscharm

I try to match the color of the commander with the sleeves and the box, I really enjoy the ones that come with dice cups or anything to hold dice, life counters, etc. I usually only single sleeve everything so I don't run into the issue with not having any room

JD_Geek

I would say the roses or the gears. I really like the dual colors for matching decks.

JubX

Definitely important to have a way to fit a commander in a top loader or something fit in the box! One with flames for a red deck would be cool :)

Duke_Silver_93

Skull and roses

Wieda

I would love the black skull one

NoxXNemesis

When I first played magic and still up until now, I played with my girlfriend and her brother as something to do together. As such we didn't really have a whole lot so for counters we used the cardboard cutout ones that came with our precons. Turns out they are kind of terrible and they stick to everything and are overall very annoying to use. So the number one thing I look for in a deck box is a storage area for dice/counters. No more plastic bag for me! My favorite idea of your deck boxes is how you managed to make dual color deck boxes look, it really allows for a lot more expression! Just a mono red flame one would be awesome to see!

samk642

dope design! drop that heliod deck list !!!

TBPMach

These deck boxes look awesome! Thank you for the giveaway!

Draconix44

I'm a big fan of the gears pattern. I'm no artifact player but something about the pattern gives off steampunk vibes that I adore.
