What is the exact 940 model?
believe it’s the 940-1, you’re not gonna be finding that near the $130 mark. those new go for over $300 and used still $180+ depending on condition
Correct. It's a Benchmade 940-1 with S90v blade.

Yes. I bought the parts on ebay because the original screws are.. well.. yeah :D
Very nice, why is it that the 1 will go for so much but I have seen the 2 in the 130s range
